Yeah definitely, these give it a more “premium” feel to it. By the way your video was much more clearer with the instructions than the instructions given with the struts. Truly appreciate it!
I don't have an "N", but have a 2024 Elantra SEL that I bought last month, cause my 2011 Sonata, at 145,000 miles, decided to lose lots of compression in one cylinder. I'm spoiled from the nice hood struts it had. I was shocked to see they weren't on this Elantra. I needed a car ASAP, so I didn't think about it. I don't lift heavy weights anymore at 70 yrs of age, so that's why I looked up if I could change out the stupid prop! They didn't even put it in the front like my old, old cars used to have! Why put it on the left side! Thx so much for showing me this video!! Will it void the warranty?
Looking at the car from the front tight side strut always hots the computer lifts the hood very slightly i just used one works perfect i also have the front brace so only vould use 1
Strange mine doesn’t touch anything - I even put a paper towel down with some grease on it and nothing touched. Honestly one strut is probably enough to hold it up true.
Good to know. Going to purchase a set for my 2024. thanks for the content.
Thanks for the friendly comment! Please subscribe to help us back :)
Definitely doing this to my N after seeing this video!!
I think it’s worth it, makes you wonder why they didn’t do it from the factory

@@opadilla123 What model & year do you have, because my 2024 Elantra SEL has the metal rod on the left side, a real pain.
