I recently had watched another video where a guy made his own ultrasonic cleaner. It seems like you have plenty to do but maybe sometime as a side project you could also try a DIY ultrasonic cleaner. I know I would enjoy watching that :)

I've been wanting one. I think I'll use the microwavable-bag method to keep mine clean. Those bearings might last longer if you bake them in grease in the ultrasonic-cleaner so they get completely filled(using the bag method).

I am wanting to get into gutter cleaning but my car wouldn’t fit the ladder you use. I drive a 2012 civic, do you have any recommendations on any ladders that would work?
Buy a temporary ladder rack for the roof or install a hitch and pull a small trailer.
Those look like 6203ss bearings. Find them in hardware or auto parts stores for $12.
Nice! Those are definitely cheap bearings. I use the cleaner on my jetter tips which can be several hundred dollars each.
