wow she is a very intellligent person. i have thought about what she is saying before everything is spot on about how we are not present when we worry about the future (which i understand what she talking about, basically when we want something and we cannot get it at that moment then we cannot see the future a know that we get it, so we stress over it and our minds start to go crazy and do things we dont want to do in order to see the future). i would love to sit down with this woman and have a really intelligent conversation with her. plus when she talks im just reminded of a certain bear ive seen
She is talking about exactly what Eckhart Tolle and other spiritual teachers talk about. But she's saying it in such a light way! :) It's great that someone as "big" as Ariana Huffington can be so humble. Very pleasant...

me too, except I say those things to myself! lol. Living in the present is so important. Make your plans for the future, then FORGET them and focus on NOW. Learn your lessons from the past, but STOP FOCUSING ON IT and focus on NOW. NOW is the only thing you can control, this minute, so why not take advantage of it? The simplest things are the hardest things for us to realize.

I am always confused by Ellen, dont get me wrong, I love her show with passion, but how do you go from having such a powerful, gorgeous, impressive, amazing, positive, a word for us women, truthful, intelligent, educated woman such as Ms. Arianna Huffington then on to having trash people like KK??? its extremely upsetting because it degrades the show for me.
Arianna Huffington spoke at my college's commencement, and boy was that a fail. She is nobody's role model, and "speaking out for women's rights?" Sure, NOT. Its shameful actually. I don't see her being an advocate for anything other than making lots of money.
