    For those that never boxed...this is where the brain damage happens...the sparring up to fight is like 10 separate fight an if you are training for a specific style and trying to master a defense then you become a punching bang..and god know the the amount of damage you are taking

  • @Bang4BuckPCGamer
    @Bang4BuckPCGamer 7 лет назад +19

    Both of these guys would beat the fuck out of half of these guys talking that shit in the comment section. Get in the ring and u bet one of them spins your jaw. I saw a lot of heart from both, diamonds in the rough that need polishing. I have no problem with the intensity of the sparring/fighting as long as it's just once in a while.

  • @juanortiz397
    @juanortiz397 9 лет назад +47

    Most of the comments dont make sense. Yes sparring is used to work on technique and fundamentals but so are the mitts and other methods used in boxing. But sparring is the closet thing that emulates a real fight. So regradless how good a boxers skills are none of that shit matters if he dont have conditioning. A boxer can lose to another fighter that has less skills then him but better conditioning seen it many times. As long as they both got a good work out to improve their conditioning then there is room to improve and work on their technique. Good job to both fighters for doing their thing

      shark tank sparring is all i gotta say to put your comment in the ground. your way of thinking is old school and leaves me to believe you either dont train or your gym is trash. New school ways of training should upgrade your software without damaging your hardware. Not one injury in my gym all year with one loss where my teammate got wet blanketed. Tristar, jackwink, aka, sbg, all these pro gyms implement shark tank and technical sparring and frown upon hard sparring. Just take a look a nova uniao, they sparr hard as fuck and now look at them going down the shitter. Recent memory of a fighter who stopped hard sparring and now is on a tear is dustin poirier, just off the top of my head
