कोदो मिलेट को धोने से brown रंग का पानी निकलता है, चाहे हम उसे कितनी भी बार धोएं। आप जो धो रहें हैं, उसमे से सफेद पानी निकल रहा, यह कोदो नहीं है, शायद ये किनोआ है। रेसिपी अच्छी है, धन्यवाद।
