Friends, today on third day of millets week, I am sharing Kodo Millet Curd Recipe | Kodri Curd Recipe |कोदरी दही रेसीपी | કોદરી દહીં રેસીપી
This is simple yet very healthy recipe as it contains loads of beneficial nutrients of Kodo Millet with vegetables and curd. With tadka, it becomes very delicious. It is too light on your stomach and keeps energy level well maintained for whole day. I hope you would like this recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup kodo millet - kodri (कोदरी)
Water (पानी) for washing
½ glass water (पानी)
A glass of water (पानी)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
Chopped carrot (गाजर)
Boiled corn kernels (उबले हुए मक्के के दाने)
Chopped spring onion (हरा प्याज)
2 nos. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
½ inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
A cup of curd (दही)
¼ tasp salt (नमक)
1 tsp pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
½ tsp urad dal (उरद दाल)
1 tsp chana dal (चने की दाल)
Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
