If the blower would be reverse wired it would sound much higher pitched then it should. Another way to tell if it's reverse wired is the fact that once the blower shuts off.. there would be a second or two where you won't hear the chopper before you'd hear it again. Also, this is set to Chopper 7. Sooo... no it isn't reverse wired.
