I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.

But then, I realized that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the RUclips channel you will explore.

Ji bilkul thek. So your nephrologist will guide you if it is normal for your health status. In Pakistan, if you have Cr 1.3, it better be checked and make sure there is no kidney disease.

DHQ Rwp hospital my test showed 1.2 creatine, DR Confused me and referred to Be naseer hospital. I did not go there yet. My age is 68y, I m feeling urinary problem, as I exert little force to urinat ten time with gap, this is from one month. You please suggest for me.

Sir you need some basic medicines to maintain your health while you are on dialysis. This is very high creatinine after dialysis. You should speak with your nephrologist

Now he stopped the steroids .

Sir is it true that Meloxicam is not harmful for kidneys like Diclofenac Ibuprufen or other NSAIDs
Yes it is not as harm as Diclofenac. But you can use it keeping an eye out for kidney fucntion tests periodically, plus do exercise to fight your pain. EXERCISE is an excellent pain killer.

i am not sure what you are trying to say.
The analogy of kidney function is to that of fuel in car. In does not matter if you have full tank (50 liter) of fuel in car or just 20% of that (10 liter). The car still function the same.
In case of kidney we have to make sure that the 20% kidney function is taking care of with proper medicine and healthy diet.
