  • Just a light Back, Bicep and Ab workout.
    I'm aiming to workout for 6 days every week until Christmas, starting next week.
    I will be working out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Resting on Thursday and then working out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
    I will couple this with eating an increase in the amount of food I normally stuff into my face!.
