  • This is my typical Monday workout, sometimes it's longer it all depends on how tired I am.
    I am unable to bench press most of the time due to a neck injury, so I have had to find alternatives that don't put massive pressure on my neck.
    When I have a good day I bench using the smith machine or with dumbbells, today was not a good day.
    I hope you find this enjoyable, it is completely unedited so you get an idea of the time it takes me to workout.
