If you want to run the bar stock in a collet it is not going to work. Chucker lathes run a 5c collet which go to 1 1/8" max. You could cut off shorter pieces of stock and run them in a three or four jaw chuck. If you want to run a long bar all the way through the machine some of the Warner & Swasey turret lathes have collets at least that big, you can often find them on eBay or craigslist for cheep. Good luck to you and thanks for watching!
Nice, and with these lage chips you could maybe make some measuring tapes :)
Maybe I can make one for you!
this is brilliant love seeing it
Thank's, more to come soon!

Thank you!
What size bar stock is that? I want to use my HC to make valve seats but need to run up to 2” bar stock
