I grew up in awsworth, my parents still live there. Was an awesome place to grow up full of adventure. You need to check out the "40 bridges'" in awsworth leading to the " iron giant bridge" in ilkeston.

I’m liking these Tredder exspeditions, that’s a good looking water tower, fab design inside, very clever, where does Nottingham get its water from now? It’s all about the water ain’t it, there’s loads of old lithographs an etchings showing town centre water kiosks all over the country going back hundreds of years free supply from springs I’m guessing via some pewter plumbing, I’ve often thought that sewage systems where once fresh water pumping stations as water likes to be treated gently. Just daft thoughts as ever. Cheers

Re your pronunciation 'skills' I've been watching your videos since the 1st one.... grudgingly I have accepted you to be a Derby fan (baaaaa), and chuckled at your occasional faux pas'..... I feel the time is right to query your pronunciation of the Erewash Canal ( granted not featured in this particular video) , but , having worked in Il'son for a number of years, the locals pronounce it as 'Error-Wash' not 'Ear-wash'. Just thought I'd drop that in there after Walk no. 139😂
That’s a hell of a rock! I thought Fil was going to climb it. Since I am in a hotel lobby in Spokane, WA, I watched this episode with no sound, so I didn’t hear anything mispronounced. However, the closed caption mispronounced a lot of your dialogue!
