As someone who learned photography around 3 years ago, I would literally spend a week at Giza. You would have to forcefully pull me away. haha. Incredible content dude!
Can you imagine? The dressed finish was so sharp and smooth. Pink granite at the base, polished white limestone for the main part, topped with a capstone covered in gold. You can also see where the plateau they stand on was also paved and smooth once upon a time. It must’ve looked genuinely jaw dropping.

I haven't been to Greece yet but I've already started planning some walks. What do you want to see in Rome? I filmed a bike ride along the Appian way but I didn't like how it turned out. I'm going up there soon to film a walk around Ostia. I also filmed a walk of the Baia ruins and those are pretty cool.
Summer of 2019 What is he using? I was curious too. I think - judging by the shadows - it’s just a GoPro/action cam type of camera on a 1/4 20 connection on a monopod. Nothing too complicated. But for me, the problem is finding a place that has some epic views like that of the pyramids! haha
Hey there again - I looked at his information section under the video. It does list his equipment! Check it out, and I hope you get your own setup soon. Good luck! :)

Allí caminando al lado de esa persona mirando metro a metro las pirámides, sus calles, en fin todo cuesta creer que el ser humano allá creado esos colosales monumentos. That was a little strange at first. :) Anyway, you should still go.
No, they don't allow cameras and make you leave your phone and camera with the guard. I was only there to film so i just chose not to. Entrance to the pyramids cost extra... But its not much.

It's amazing thank you for making this I never had the pleasure of looking at a pyramid so close. I wonder if people climb on it on the outside, considering its stairs like structure? Would you know? It gets boring though after looking at the stones for 15 mins....specially when there is still an hour plus to go through....
Hey, glad you enjoyed the walk. People do climb up the Pyramids but it is not allowed. You can probably get away with climbing up the first 50ft without any problems. My son did, and there were many people around. If you are watching on your computer, use Keyboard Shortcuts to move around the video. Pressing the number keys will move the video ahead another 10%. Pressing "J" or "L" moves the video back or ahead 10 seconds. That might help from getting a bit bored.
Mr. Pharaoh! Let's build a pyramid.OK designer.Let the angle of inclination be 52.5 degrees. Why so much?Because if we divide it by the circumference of the Earth then .... What? What is a district? Does the Earth have a perimeter?
This the THE BEST video I've ever watched to see what the Pyramids really look like! Instead of the usual stuff you see on every documentary, this almost made me feel I was there. The huge immensity of these structures is usually lost but you really did capture them. To see the details of blocks and the casing stones is just wonderful. I just kept saying WOW the whole time! Absolutely wonderful for anyone housebound or unable to travel. I've subscribed! Thankyou so much.
Every one is looking at the pyramid, well & good , please go to 9.04 & look at the stone the camel is sitting on. It is huge. 14.43, in order to level the site they carved the bedrock on 2 sides.Think about this, 12 acres in area ( about a modern city block ) 15 feet deep, just to level the site, yet no one mentions just what an achievement this is with copper chisels. Also note the stone he is walking on is quarried, not bedrock. The leveling of this site is nearly as great an achievement as building the pyramid.
You can rent horses to ride around on , camels are with their owners and you are allowed to ride or sit on them.. take photos, they will tell you the camels name ! My camel’s name was Huston Texas ! And now I actually live not far from there ! And we lived for 17 years 20 miles from the pyramids ! My husband is Egyptian ! Rode a cart , too , last time !

Hey, thank you! Since you've watched a lot of my videos, what do you think of the wide angle camera lens? Does it bother you at all?
@@ProWalks not at all! Visually it shows a wider field of view, and the focusing, as well, all work to perfection. Keep it up!
hotLanta That was such a nice comment to ProWalks!
Egypt, history, Egypt, civilization, I love you, O Egypt❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍
Son el mejor canal de videos caminando. Sonido ambiente pero con datos en pantalla. Saludos desde Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I'm a little kid from England who is looking forward to seeing the pyramid
See the video then
hi ,
You're most welcome to visit us
The haze has a beautiful effect on the distant pyramids. The Great Pyramid was especially beautiful, tinged blue afar off. Gorgeous sky. The lens your using exaggerates the perception of distance so it enhances the sense of the enormity of it all.
Falo do Brazil e amo este canal ....Não sei seu nome para formalmente lhe agradecer por me dar a oportunidade de andar com você sempre neste tão amável canal!!!!!
Hey, I'm glad you're enjoying the walks. I appreciate your support! My name is Isaac. Nice to meet you.
@@ProWalks Very praser Isaac, my name is Fabricio and I live in Brazil, I love your channel! I travel with you .... count on my likes ..... thanks
This is wonderful, as close as I'll ever get to the pyramids. It's like actually being there. I can almost smell the camels.
clare howell Funny! Lol
clare howell Should check Brien Foerster as well. He does tours on all ancient sites and posts vids on them and other stuff. He also does a tour himself you can go on, not sure if that's what this guy did.

My Dad said go to Egypt on a short trip, to see the 2000 yr old bit. Avoid the rest. lol. Im sure he's wrong though, every Egyptian ive met so far in life has been super cool.
This is the most awesome video on you tube. Thank you!
My God! Your whole channel is full of these walks! Can't believe it! Always wanted to see the world like this. Thank you! Keep rockin! (From Mexico)

spot on
would be better if it was 21:9
And Pharaoh said, “O eminent ones, I have not known you to have a god other than me. Then ignite for me, O Haman, (a fire) upon the clay and make for me a tower that I may look at the God of Moses. And indeed, I do think he is among the liars.” ―QS. 28:38
As someone who learned photography around 3 years ago, I would literally spend a week at Giza. You would have to forcefully pull me away. haha. Incredible content dude!
Excellent! Well presented and thoughtfully educational. A thorough and comprehensive tour. Thank you.
I wonder what the stones looked like when they finished these pyramids. Too bad they didn't have camera's back then.

Can you imagine? The dressed finish was so sharp and smooth. Pink granite at the base, polished white limestone for the main part, topped with a capstone covered in gold. You can also see where the plateau they stand on was also paved and smooth once upon a time. It must’ve looked genuinely jaw dropping.
aaaahmazing video ! thank you for sharing with us !
2021 eu vendo seu vídeo, até parece que estou passeando do seu lado, é simplesmente lindo, maravilhoso, São Paulo Brasil 💋💖👏👏👏
I’m absolutely in love with this video . It’s the absolute highlight of my RUclips watches. Thank you so much . I’ll do my best to donate to your channel . 🙏🙏❤️😀. THE PYRAMIDS OF GIZA !! This has to be the best filming of the KHAFRE pyramid to date . Absolutely stunning .
MrSixxshooter So very, very nice of you to say that to ProWalks. I know it will mean a lot when he sees it!😊

Congratulations from Brasil. What model of camera do you use? simply amazing
Hey, thank you very much. I am using a Gopro Hero 7 Black.
And to think that the Great Pyramid of Giza was once covered in highly polished white limestone.. (before it was removed probably by Romans or Byzantine Empire?)
Amazing, thank you for doing all these great walking tours. Always looking forward to seeing more of these! Would love to see more ancient Roman / Greek walks!
@@ProWalks well I've enjoyed your Rome walkthrough, but I'm Thinking Roman ruins like the best preserved Flavian Amphitheatre type arenas.
@@ProWalks wow, I just looked up the baia ruins and that looks very interesting
The man at 25:27 saying ‘lovey morning sir’ on a damn camel was the most wholesome thing ever 🥰
*loved it, the quality*
*I wish I could get same kind of camera setup*
Summer of 2019 What is he using? I was curious too. I think - judging by the shadows - it’s just a GoPro/action cam type of camera on a 1/4 20 connection on a monopod. Nothing too complicated. But for me, the problem is finding a place that has some epic views like that of the pyramids! haha
Hey there again - I looked at his information section under the video. It does list his equipment! Check it out, and I hope you get your own setup soon. Good luck! :)
@@Chuck8541 Yeah I'd have to agree. Although I prefer to use the head mount when the misses is face down and arse up.
The odds are I'll never see the pyramids in person, but I want to imagine this video comes close. Thank you for doing this. Also, despite it all being in a desert, I'm surprised how colorful it is. Shades of brown maybe, but it looks like an amazing place.
I love these tour videos. You do such an amazing job and I really like all the notations. I'll go to Egypt some day but this will hold me over for now!! ♥️ Thanks so much.
Yes right welcome to Egypt anytime crystal and I hope you be in Egypt on day 🌹🌷thanks 😘😘and where are you from Crystal 🌷

wow the size of those pyramids! absolutely incredible. I loved seeing them off in the distance as well. great vid.
Muy completo su documental es como si estuviera alli gracias!!!👍👏👏
Oh if those stones could talk ....
There is so many things that we don’t know yet about those pyramids. That’s so beautiful.
Yup
I wasn't there and I have no reason to go there anymore. Thank you for the walk. I will occasionally send something back to your account. We like trips very much. :-)
As amazing as this video walking tour is it still does not give you the true effect of these structures when seen first hand. I was truly blown away when I saw them in person. I highly recommend that you go.
Amazing beautiful footage of the sheer power that once was Egypt , the land of the Pharaoh’s.
Por que você não entrou nas construções ?? 🤦♀️😔
Eu gostaria de ver as pirâmides e a esfinge por dentro
Another incredible & extremely well-done video walk by ProWalks. Thank you :)
Are you using an ND filter for 60fps video, if so I can tell, this was an amazing clear journey through the Pyramids of Giza.
I do have a set of ND filters but no, I wasn't using them here. I forgot to bring them with me. I did have some issues with the color afterwards and I just did my best to make it look as natural as possible.
@@ProWalks This looks fantastic, and the editing was excellent, could never tell there was ever a problem. 60fps with 1/60 shutter is cool and so is 1/120th. I actually wanted to go there and record the pyramids too.
Thank you for saving me $3,000... Also did you feel safe... I still want to go!
Hey Mike, glad to help. :) yeah, i felt safe. It took a little getting used to. I took Uber everywhere and every one was friendly. I walked around at night near my Airbnb and everything was fine. I went there with my wife and three kids as well a few months ealier. No worries. People young and old were taking pictures of our kids at the park. That was a little strange at first. :) Anyway, you should still go.
@@ProWalks Did you go inside any of them? I really want to go inside one.
No, they don't allow cameras and make you leave your phone and camera with the guard. I was only there to film so i just chose not to. Entrance to the pyramids cost extra... But its not much.
Prowalk Tours Lord, please keep this photographer & his wife & family safe on every trip. And may they have a wonderful time in every place they arrive. In Jesus Name I pray. 🙏🏻✝

Hey, you're welcome. It's a place I was always curious about. I hope you feel like you've seen it too now.

Hi hun welcom Egypt Luxor city am tour guide 00201003691748 whatspp
I hope u can visit Egypt
Osama Nofal , ohh my yea that would be lovely, but I’m way to poor to make a trip like that 😳 but this video was really cool 😎
25:26 Lovely morning Sir
Mr. Pharaoh! Let's build a pyramid.OK designer.Let the angle of inclination be 52.5 degrees. Why so much?Because if we divide it by the circumference of the Earth then .... What? What is a district? Does the Earth have a perimeter?
I used to read about how, back years ago, people climbed the Great Pyramid. Looking at this video; I don't know how they could have.
I was there 10 years ago but I love to see this walking tour to remember
This the THE BEST video I've ever watched to see what the Pyramids really look like! Instead of the usual stuff you see on every documentary, this almost made me feel I was there. The huge immensity of these structures is usually lost but you really did capture them. To see the details of blocks and the casing stones is just wonderful. I just kept saying WOW the whole time!
Absolutely wonderful for anyone housebound or unable to travel.
I've subscribed!
Thankyou so much.
marvelous taping, Thanks alot, you saved me the trip to Giza.
Glad to hear it. It's worth going if you have the chance but I'm glad this video will work for a while.
Thank you, bought back some memories
I never thought I'd travel the world in the comfort of my own home. Thank u for taking us in this journey ...
Man's greatest ever creation
No, that would be sewers.
