GRAFITEROS. que no tienen conocimiento del valor historico de esas murallas. y el daño que le causan a la ciudad y al turismo. Al parecer la autoridad no debe ser muy severa . Con el respeto. que se merece le sugiero apliacar la ley con multas inolvidables .
