I'm amazed at how clean the city looks. It would be perfect if it wasn't for all that graffiti. How anyone could spray paint those amazing buildings is beyond me.
Parents didn't teach them any respect for their culture, their history, or public property. There are cameras and every effort should be made to catch them and make an example of them by handing out some serious prison time.
