Your video quality and production value is top notch, brother. Your GR is looking good! I like the white on bronze. I'm currently waiting for one in Poseidon blue, hopefully with a set of hyperblack TE37SLs if I can find some.
Such a nice looking design. Looking at cars to buy at the moment and the GR86 is top of the list. Drove a 2017 BMW M240 today which is the same price used and even though it has a lot more power it just isn't as fun to drive and doesn't look as cool.
Yeah I saw one parked the other day and it looked cool, but they look too boxy and ugly for me to even think about one. Power gets old quickly, been there done that.
I doubt it. Not really into this whole youtube thing to be honest. I might just make short reels, seems less time-consuming. Also, this GR is gone (sold).
This is the kind of look I want on my gr86. I just don’t want it too low so it won’t rub that much on my wheels, our area is kinda bumpy & I use mine for daily. Question sir, how low is that suspension? I’m also buying 18” wheels and I’m thinking 1/2 inch lowered looks okay. Just not sure what’s my preferable suspension
Nice to see you're uploading again, always enjoyed your videos. Would you say this car is funner than the wrx? I'm not into the 22 WRX and with no STI coming I've been now looking into an 86 or the new Nissan Z.
Hey, it really depends on what you're looking for in a car. It is a small car and is drastically different from wrx/sti which feels like a truck (in comparison) when you get into it. The GR/BRZ is also nimbler and more responsive in every day. The shifting is much better too. However, if you want power and a nice push in the seat acceleration, this ain't it. The new Z will give you that. I think you should wait and test drive the new Z before making any decisions. For me this car is perfect because I've had tons of cars with all sorts of setups, so I knew what I wanted before I even got this one.
Do your coilovers have camber plates? Im looking at coilovets without camber plates and i plan to lower it with an 18×9 probably 235 tire. Will that work or do i need to get coilovers with adjustable camber plates?
So I’ve had my GR86 for about 7 months now and I want to put snow tires on my stock wheels (premium) and then do something nice for new wheels/tires. Do you know what wheel size I should look at? I want no rubbing at all but I also want a 235 or 245 tires (whichever will fit).
I feel attacked @6:00.. lol. I'm on stock wheels with 20mm spacers for my 2011 WRX. I completely understand what you mean though, it's only temporary for me until I get myself a set of wheels. I love how your GR86 looks man, very nice stance. Can't wait to see when your custom blades for this car are done!
I’m getting a 18 inch rims but I don’t know what size of tires should I get. Because I don’t want to change the suspension. Can you help me? What size of tires should I get?
@@williambarrineau7153 Yeah I almost did too, but it has too many mods on it that I wouldn't part out, makes it difficult to sell. Plus I like it, so I made it my daily.
‘yota + Volks = winning! love love love it! had some LE37T’s @ a Matrix 20 yrs ago…gonna join u with a GR ‘rolla next year AND keeping my WRX as well👍🏽
That setup looks really good~ Getting a lot of inspiration from different setups but this one is one of my favorite so far~
I am glad you like it!
Looks so good . $7000 wheel/tire/suspension setup , I love it

How much camber are you running in the front and rear? Love the white on bronze look!
It was around -2 front and back, maybe slightly more. Still rubbed no matter what I did.
Any new videos in the near future? Especially, with your carbon fiber products?

It's coilovers so they are adjustable to whatever height you set them to.
Would rub if on stock suspension and not lower??
Yes, it will rub especially on stock suspension as it's softer
Missed you bro!

Yes. Why would you want them without camber plates?
@TheShaddix save money. But I'm going to go with The RCE SS1 coilovers. They come with adjustable camber plates
How much camber did you have to run?
It's around -2 all around
Would be good if you had some static shots of the car lol
I do have instagram...

Anything in the 8.5 or 9" width and offset of +45 will work

It's all good, I ran spacers on stock wheels on many cars too! Working on the mold for those blades as we speak!
Love it Congratulations 👍
Gorgeous car
Did these fit without rubbing before the +10 spacer?
Kind of but not 100%

depends on so many factors! You have to be more specific
Do 245 on 9.5 or maybe 9
what size tires are you running?
It's in the video...
Cleann
You went from WRX to BRZ I went from WRX to Toyota SW20 haha
I still have my wrx though!
@@TheShaddix oh! Very nice! I decided to sell mine when I was offered a high number for it. Kind of miss it, but the SW20 makes up for it.
