I really like the pace and construction of these cocktails. Good to see how they are made step-by-step without being too rushed.
My favourite channel on RUclips. Please don't stop making videos!
Love this channel. Pisco sour was invented in Peru with Peruvian pisco. In fact, Chilean pisco tastes different but I am OK with both countries having the same name. It would be fantastic if you have a video for different Pisco cocktails, some classics are El Capitan, Pisco Punch, Pisco Point and Chilcano.
Such a high quality in this videos... I´m just amazed...
Definitely a master of the craft. I would without a doubt apprentice under to learn the ins and outs of bartending. This is my new favorite channel when it comes to cocktails.
Your recipe for Between the Sheets is quite different than what I'm familiar with. The recipe I know is equal parts cognac, rum (light or dark), and Cointreau (or triple sec), with a dash of lemon juice. Looking around on Difford's Guide, it looks like your recipe is indeed a variation (Between the Sheets #2), which I've never seen before. You learn something new everyday!
Love your videos really classy . It's great to see someone s making cocktails with cognac I love it too!
Quality stuff on youtube is rare!!! Please go on making this beautiful cocktail videos!
in Cyprus we have a twist of a Brandy Sour
Fill a highball or a hurricane glass with ice then use 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters over the ice
4cl brandy
1 or 2cl of lemon squash(up to u how strong u want it)
then fill with soda stir
and garnish with lemon slice and enjoy
Fantastic stuff. Clean, elegant, well shot. Please keep creating and sharing.
Thanks Justin!
I'd suggest a video about wine based cocktails. I recently came across this channel and binge watched all the videos! I'm just sorry that I live so far away from the Bonneville. I think I could be a regular there! Thanks!
drinking a between the sheets and watching your video
very nice video, all your gradients are superior!
Just going back and checking out all your other videos. I love Brandy, so finding some cocktails with it to try out is definitely on my to-do list, haha. The Pisco Sour and Jack Rose are now on my list.
I really like your way of performing, so good. And your idea of "simple" is very fascinating as well, very suitable for newbie in cocktail like me.
Why do you only have 4,300 subscribers???!! Cmon people this is high quality stuff.
+RabbiT v Spread the word! Thanks for watching!
best channel on cocktails .... 19k now :)
44k now (dancing)
59,401 as I'm writing this.
What if you wanted to make your own drink. How would you go about deciding what glass to use or what garnish to use. Or if an egg white is necessary or not.
Hi! First of all big fan, maybe a cool suggestion for future videos is making one more about the flare and next level bartanding with different ways how to smoke a cocktail and whit what ingredients and how you can implement FIRE in to a drink! :D
Cheers,
Jeroen, The Netherlands
When everything is back to normal, would love to see Volume II of this.
Been dying to see the following cocktails:
Brandy Crusta, Brandy Alexander, Vieux Carre, The Star & The Club cocktails
Love this channel & can't wait to see content again
Thanks Edward! We'll do it just for you!
These videos are incredible
Having been intrigued by the Jack Rose, it would be really cool to see a video on calvados/apple jack cocktails.
Calvados and Applejack are absolutely different. Sorry.
How about a composition of top 5 cocktails which have lemon and sugar syrup as ingredients, then another top 5 which have sugar syrup and ginger or honey... And also a video about ground rules what goes with what and what etc...nice work u guys, kick ass background score!!!
Fantastic recipe collection! Really good work in here! Actually, all of your recipe videos are fantastic!
great vid as usual, im in love with this channel
one of my favorite brandy cocktails is the brandy flip, although theres several recipes, this one is my fav: (you might want to play with the ratios but i like sweet cocktails)
20ml simple syrup
20ml cream
40ml cognac
1 egg yolk
shake and double strain, and garnish with a little nutmeg powder. seriously good.
Vid suggestion: summer cocktails, or punches, sangrias, etc.
Question: any decently priced cognacs that you guys recommend for basic stuff like a Sidecar?
+William Liu
I would say it's best to use brandy in a sidecar. It's hard to find a decently priced cognac but fairly easy to find a cheap brandy that works well in cocktails. This is entirely up to you, of course, but no matter what you're going to be paying extra for that bottle to say cognac, you're better off trying to find a brandy of similar quality and save a couple bucks, especially since even less-than-stellar brandies can make pretty good sidecars most of the time.
+Jac the Sipper Thanks for the suggestion! any in particular you recommend?
William Liu
My go-to brandy for cocktails is usually Korbel. Only about $10-$15 usually but is of a higher quality than other brandies in that price range.
+Jac the Sipper Unfortunately doesn't look like its available where I live but thanks anyways!
I just subscribed the quality and straight to the point way of these videos is great!
As summer is coming up I would love to see you guys make some Tiki Cocktails (I've always wondered the right way to make a Hurricane)
Keep up the awesome work!
Please keep uploading videos! These are amazing best on RUclips. Can you do your customers best loved cocktails? Or your best selling cocktails?
Absolutely love your videos, they're my go-to when I want to try something new!
May I request some themed videos for future? 'Grandfather Cocktails' (the earliest cocktails), and Prohibition-era cocktails (the kind you'd see being made out of bathtub gin in a speakeasy, rather than something a Parisian lady of the night might drink) are a couple that come to mind.
Love your work!
+Kim Brvenik We'll do our best! Thanks for watching!
best and must watch video for hoteliers specially beginners, easy to remember and follow the recipes everything is so clear that no doubts will take place.
but tell me the name of second strainer which u used for Eiffel tower?
I like brandy. However, Chinese baijiu is my liquor these days. Try make some baijiu cocktail next time, it will be very fun.
The best videos on you tube by far...............
I honestly dont work that much with cognac/brandy, but the sidecar is always a hit at the bar
Honestly whenever I turn on my laptop to watch videos the first thing i do is check your channel, I am always excited to see what cocktails you might make next, but when will we see a coffee cocktail episode?
you've covered some of the classics but what about modern cocktails..
I went to this bar downtown and had a cocktail made with Bourbon, Honey, Notch Cold Brew, Amaro and Black Walnut Bitters.
Anyways, keep up the good work!
+Jesse Och We'll see what we can do! Thanks for your lovely comment and thanks for watching!
What is the best reasonably priced cognac to use for mixing? I see you used Martell at least in couple of the drinks, is it the VS?
nice video guys!!!
Your sidecar is impressively cool!!!
I’ve only recently come to the cocktail scene and after watching my way the Steve, Greg and Leandro I found your channel. You are always on my daily check list and your production quality is always first rate. And your bloopers at the end are always a great plus too. Especially whenthe cat puts its nose in. Something I’ve never benn sure what is the difference between brandy and cognac? Is it just a regional thing like Champagne or is there more to it?
Hello, which brand of glasses are you using for the 5th cocktail ‘The Eiffel Tower’?
I first started making cocktails for fun, but now it's a serious hobby. It's also great ability to have - being able to make cocktails.
Since I've subscribed to your channel I've seriously classed up my cocktails to another level so thank you very much for the videos and hope to see more great ones in the future!
+Vikesh Patel Thanks dude! Really love to hear such nice feedback! We'll do our best to keep 'em coming! Thanks for watching!
Love this channel, please keep making great videos guys!
Thanks !
Could you do a rum cocktails vol.2? Love the vids by the way.

steemdup I drink Makers Mark Sidecars and they are great.
the sidecar one of my favs
I just loved it,,,,loved it,,loved it,,,,
I've been over there twice visiting Australia
Hey quick question, for you or anyone that can help (if you make a video on it, it would be great! :D)
*How would you go about using coffee for cocktails?*
Unfortunately I do not have an espresso machine at home nor can afford bartender's cocktail coffee (such as little drippa) for when I do cocktail Parties at home.
Would Cold Brew Coffee do the job? Or what alternatives are there and how is each alternative good? Thanks to anyone that can assist me! :D
you could use coffee liquour.
Cold brew coffee will probly be at least as good, if not better, than that from an espresso machine.
Great Video. I'm a fun of The Eiffel Tower
great vid as always , question are there some good cocktails with plum brandy ?
+KOMMUNIST1918 Maybe in Vol II! Thanks for watching!

Pisco is not a brandy it's a aguardiente like cachaca, and it's from Peru actually.

Ciu enak di bandingkan berendy
I find it difficult to believe how many people subscribe & comment on this guys videos. While he is a very smooth bartender, his verbal delivery is mostly mumbling, talking in his mouth without any projection or enunciation. For me he mostly inaudible I’ve watched many of his videos thinking that by exposure I will understand what he says better. That’s not happening. I’m taping out of his videos.
this guy rubs me as the kind of guy to flirt with your girl when you're in the bathroom and act like your buddy when you come back
MrXD117 and you rub me as an idiot
Pisco Sour with that chilean whatever got you a dislike. VIVA EL PERÚ!
He's using a Martell Cordon Blue Cognac as cocktail base right? That's a fucking $200 a bottle cognac. Mad respect but I cringe everytime I see that blue labeled cognac from Martell. It's a fucking luxury. It was love at first sight when I first tried it. It's too aromatic and sweet. The burn goes off immediately and all those sweet and fragrant notes lingers in my taste buds and throat.
i tried everyone tonight ... i'm really grunk
Saludos desde mexico su amigo mikesuperguzman visiten mi pag
Pisco it's not Brandy!!!!
If you're gonna stir a coctail..please don't do it the way you did it in this video. No hate, but from the perspective of a bartender that was not nice to watch :P
That’s the technique called upsidedown stir. Mostly used in UK and Ireland.
