Summer cocktail recipe: The Axelito
build it straight into a Collins glass:
fill with crushed ice
30ml white rum (from la martinique if possible, agrecolean rum works great with this)
20ml silver tequila
50ml lime juice
5ml grenadine syrup
10ml blackcurrant cream (let the colors fall through the ice)
15ml lemon-lime soda
add 2 lime wheels in the glass, stir it, top it of with more ice and get refreshed!
You guys are the best, keep it coming!
You've probably heard this before but the blooper reel is a very important and a great part of your videos
I really like your channel and your chilled glasses 😉. I am also a aspiring bartender. Hope you keep on uploading new videos. Your channel has really helped me.
#Subscribercocktail : The Melting Snow
5cl Gin
2cl Elderflower liquor
2cl Lemon juice
Bar spoon violette liquor
Barspoon Simple Sirup (can be left out or added more, depending on how sweet you like it
Egg white
Dryshake
Shake over ice
Serve Up
You have a perfect blend of the cocktails I have heard about (but haven't tried) and a knack for choosing those I haven't heard about but am now dying to try! Thank you so much, excellent video as always!
Subscriber cocktail: Rosehip fever
40ml rosehip syrup
20ml lemon juice
40ml vodka
Two dashes of orange bitter
Shake
Strain into a highball and top with soda
Garnish with a scope of vanilla ice cream and a lemon twist
Rosehip syrup recipe: Put some intact rosehips in a pan and pour on enough water just to cover them. Let them simmer until they are soft (20 minutes). Squeeze out the juice from the rosehips. Returned the strained juice to the pan and simmer with sugar until it's dissolved (if you use 500g rosehips, then use 250g sugar so half the amount of rosehips).
Absolutely love your techniques and exposition.....
Pisco tea
50 ml pisco
50 ml green tea
20 Lemon juice
30ml agave syrup (2 parts agave 1 part water)
2 kaffir Line leaves
20ml eggwhite(or one egg)
Dry shake -> shake -> fine strain
Serve in a coupé
Kaffir lime leave garnish
Really looking forward to trying these drinks, tried the ones in volume 1 and they turned out great.
Subscriber cocktail: Venca Major
60ml Gin (preferably a floral one, like Generous or G'Vine, but Hendricks works just as fine)
25ml Elderflower liqueur
25ml Lime juice
Two dashes of Lavender bitters (Scrappy's or other)
Shake with ice
Strain on ice into highball or Collins glass (two or three icecubes, so as not to overdilute it)
Top with Elderflower soda
Garnish with a bouquet of thyme, mint and elderflower sprigs.
You can even set the thyme sprig on fire, I haven't tried it personnally but it could add something.
Cheers! And keep up the good work, your videos are awesome!
Go for the Hendrick'd Midsummer Solstice if you're looking for a floral gin
@@balazsrakocz3435 thanks for the hint! :)
Dark'N Stormy is my favorite! I like to pour the ginger beer first and top with the rum so I get the cool layered effect ;P
That look when the siren started was classic!
Hey guys! Would be very interested in getting a video on amari cocktails; had a really interesting one the other day and want more!
Great video again and some very nice summer drinks. Thanks
Everything you fix looks fantastic..
Thanks for doing these videos! All of the cocktails featured are great classic, well-rounded and simple. I love the variety in spirits and ingredients and would also like to see a video with cocktails which utilize a variety of bitters. There are so many different flavors and aromas which can speak volumes in a cocktail.
A cool tip I learned is to float the dark rum on top of the ginger beer in the dark and stormy to create the look of an ominous sky on a stormy night.
Best how to channel around ! 👍🏼
I vow to someday make it to the Bonneville to check out that collection!
awesome, finally dark/aged rum cocktails!!!
Best cocktail channel very good and awesome cocktails 👍🏻
Visited the bonneville last week, great place and great toilets. Can't wait to come back! You've got a big fan in Florence
Coming up to you guys in July! Can't wait and keep it coming, you are the best at presenting cocktails here on the internet!
Subscriber Cocktail:
I have a cocktail I came up with that I think, with your love of simple cocktails, would be perfect if you decide to do another subscriber cocktails video. I call it an Old Royal. My inspiration for it is smoked, candied bacon and a love of old fashioneds. Here's how I make it :
In a mixing glass:
1/2 ounce high-quality maple syrup
2 ounces bourbon
2 dashes of Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter bitters by The Bitter Truth
1 bar spoon of a heavily peated, Islay scotch (I used Ardbeg 10)
Stir with ice to dilute, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere. No garnish required.
We want more! I'm learning a whole lot from you guys. Can't wait for the next upload!
always happy to see a bonneville update, immediate click!
Thank you so much!!! great coktails!!!!
If you put the ginger-beer at first, the dark rum kind of sits on top of it. That way it kinda looks more like a storm ( a dark cloud)
Cool as a cucumber:
20 ml g'vine floraison
20 ml maraschino liqueur
20ml green chartreuse
30ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
2 muddled cucumber chucks
Shaken and fine strained into a chilled coupe glass and garnished with a cucumber ribbon through a cocktail stick
what is the best reasonable dark rum for most rum based cocktails? jerry sailer, captain morgan, barcardi or anything else?
Hi, I'm a young guy who has has a passion for bartending for a while and feel like I want to go into it as a career. Could you make a video on your history as a bartender and how you opened your own bar. Cheers Man, love the vids.
For consistency purposes, maybe you should consider talking about bars. or starting small home bar, as most people want to do. you could also talk about how to make home made sugar, honey etc syrups. Love the videos hope to see more content
Great definitely gonna use some of these! Would like to hear tho why you use the Appleton Estate aged rum.
No way... I bought the Pyrat in the thumbnail yesterday and now you come out with this? Cheers!
I'm visiting London for a few days in July and the first thing on my list is to get a drink at the Bonneville!
Subscriber Cocktail: The Bay Beach Sipper.
Build in rocks glass.
2.5 oz of London dry gin (any gin will do though)
.5oz of tonic water
3-5 oz of grapefruit soda
Squeeze in a lime wedge, use spent wedge as garnish.
(or use .25oz of lime and use wedge for garnish)
Amazing job! One question though: your simple syrup it's quite a bit more watery than the one I tend to have in my bar. Which are your proportions?
Is "aged rum" generally higher quality than dark rum?" Hope it doesn't sound silly! I am just wondering because it sounds like the "aged" rum would go through a process to make it a higher quality!
can you make a video about all these little "flair" moves you do? like you grab the strainer or flip the shaker and hold the bottles while pouring? it looks so smooth and easy without looking pretentious like typical flair bartending.
Sunscriber Cocktail:
Mestizo Real
- 30ml lime juice
- 30ml of a smokey joven mezcal
- 30ml Green Chartreuse
- 15ml Luxardo Maraschino
- 15ml Alvear Pedro Ximenez 1927 Solera Sherry.
Shake over ice, strain, and serve up in a coupe glass. No garnish necessary.
Love these videos. Watched them all multiple times. Great job guys. Can I request a video of Amaro/bitter liquor recipes? I know you've already done lots of the classics but I'm sure there are some good ones you can track down!
Awesome cocktail sir... Keep it up...👍👌
Subscriber Cocktail: Delta Queen
Build in highball glass
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
2 1/2 oz light rum

can you please make a video on your bar setup and accessories, I am really a big fan of ur setup and I am sure many of us will love to see that!! btw thank you so much....keep doing this!!
Orange Rye:
1oz rye whisky (I use 100 proof)
2oz fresh squeezed orange juice
.05oz cardamom-infused honey (regular honey is fine as well)
Shake to chill
Pour over crushed ice
Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda (whatever your preference)
1oz=30ml
Big fan of your channel, great cocktails that i try to reproduce at home. Just said to see those plastic straws, would you consider using craft paper straws? Cheers!
Cant wait to visit you guys! Been planing my trip based on the boneville proximity! :D
See you at the end of may... cant wait!

london mate :)
43 Lower Clapton Rd, London E5 0NS, UK
Gabr thanks man! on the bucket list for sure
you wont regret it!
i was there... it was amazing, u have to check it out for sure!
Why are you using the tin thing to stir your drinks rather than a stirring glass?
Also - you should see "How to drink"'s version of the knickerbocker as well!
Nice video

Love your guys’ stuff! Please upload more vids soon!
Amazing videos, thank you. An ever expanding cocktail video bible...
Odd, tangential question. Where did you get the speed pourer that fits the small neck of the 'Green Mark' vodka bottle (spied in your Vodka video)?! Can't find one anywhere and it's my favourite vodka!

love the rum vidoes.
just one thing - a rum can be both dark and aged, for example the Diplomatico is a dark rum aged 12 years.
Subscriber cocktail: The Escazú (my town, in Costa Rica)
50ml aged rum
1 heaping bar spoon raspberry marmalade
2-3 dashes orange bitters
Shake over ice and double strain into a rocks glass with a single large and rough piece of ice

I'm definitely trying caipirissima drink with aged cachaça hehehe
Great video as always, love it!
I have absolutely NONE of the ingredients required to make the Caipirissimi D'uva, which made me chuckle. Whenever that happens when I'm watching a RUclips video, it makes me want to go to a cocktail bar have have one made for me. But I seriously doubt anyone will know what I'm talking about if I ask for one of those. They'll think I'm already too drunk! "Cairpi..... whu?"
My absolute favorite rum drink is the El Presidente. I'll check to see if you've made one in any of your other videos.
These series are awesome, keep working on it!
Amazing man really hats off to u
A tasty beverage that I gon' and made:
Coat cocktail glass with absinthe
3-4 muddled blackberries
60ml Dry Gin
40ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Shake over ice and double strain neat in cocktail glass
garnish with a grapefriut oeel
Can you recommend any cocktail guide books? Most of the ones I find are lame or only cover basic drinks.
Don't know if this has been done before but this is the Mon Cheri. 60 ml cognac. 20 ml honey syrup. 20 ml lemon juice. Serve in an old fashioned glass with cubes ice and garnish with a lemon peel
the honeysuckle looks killer!!
Just wanted to ask who makes your glassware or where do you buy it from? I really want some exact ones for my personal use
Amazing video! The only thing I may add is a Dark 'N' Stormy has one LEGAL recipe. This recipe calls for Gosling's Black Seal rum, topped with ginger beer. The recipe does allow for a lime wedge to be rimmed on the glass, and dropped, but using any other rum, or ingredients is technically illegal.
Little fun fact there!
TheePizzaMan he is useing goslings! Its goslings family reserve
Perfect as usual
was dark and stormy not the drink where you let the rum floating on the gingerbeer!?
Just awesome 👍👍
I need to see if you guys have an episode on Prohibition Cocktails.
Maureen Seel here you go!! ruclips.net/video/EEgi6zUGwy4/видео.html
I'd like to see a video of easy drinks to order at a regular bar. I never know what new things to try and some of these drinks can be complicated or just contain things that a regular ol' bar wouldn't have.
No way ! I must be dreaming ! Another Video *-*

Subscriber cocktail ;
"Mr. Taylor´s Bitter Friend"
30 ml Campari
10 ml Velvet Falernum
15 ml Raspberry syrup
20 ml fresh Lime juice
Shake and double-strain into a coupette.
Love the videos, keep up the good work!
you should do a wine cocktails video. The bartender and I at my resteraunt had a long discussion about it earlier today.
I like so much your videos and i wish you could try this cocktail:
1part:
3little frozen mango slices
2 little frozen Wood's strawberry s
4 Wild frozen blueberries
15ml of lime juice
Grated orange peel
and pestel it
then without ice add 15 ml of white rum and 2 spoons of orange honey.
then mix a bit with the bar spoon and do a dry shake adding the strainer's spring.
2 part:
double strain this concentrated in a mixing glass add 2 dash of angostura bitter
60ml of white rum
lemon zest
3-4 mint leaves
add ice and mix it.
put the drink in a martini glass
ad put this decoration:
a Marinate mango slice with passion fruit syrup, lime juice, rum and orange zest
then it will be caramelized with Brown sugar and put on the rim of the glass.
it will be done also a rim with an orange sugar made up with passion fruit syrup and mandarin liquor
Great video. But, do you have a perpetual cold? You sound stuffed up in every video, unless you filmed a bunch of videos at once and it was during a time you had a cold. Idk, but great drinks as always.
Subscriber Cocktail: Highball, Tiki Style
2.5oz white rum
.25 creme de cacao
1oz lime juice
.5oz Demerara syrup
2.5oz coconut water
Shake. Pour unstrained into highball or tiki glass of choice and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel
Love all the NG cuts LOL
Dark and Stormy looks better when you build it in reverse order and pour the Rum on top. Then it does live up to its name because as a layered drink it looks "dark and stormy" when presented to the customer and they mix it themselves :D
