Love it, sounds awesome! Just put these on my 04 hammer 1275 sporty but have the Thunder torque inserts instead of standard baffles. I need to get a camera to do a take off video. Newer iPhone cancels out too much of the sound. - Xena @ XLF

Did you have rejet or mess with air fuel mixture screw at all afterwards?
BTW, love the raw metal look on the rear fender and tank color!

I read online that it was not necessary, but I played around with the mixture screw. Runs great.

Thank you! The existing weld cracked. I just fixed it with a small bead.

Inter-connect exhaust gasket. Yes, it is wise to replace the old ones.
