- Sound comparison of a 2007 Harley Davidson with Vance and Hines Straightshot Slip-on Silencers with either Standard or "Quiet" Baffles - see what you think...
I really can’t tell the difference too much, both sounds good
Quiet have a really sweet tone
I can’t believe in the ad for the baffles they show 2 but when you read the fine print it’s for 1 so that means the price doubles, I bought the cheap Chinese ones off Amazon 2 for 30 bucks free shipping and got them in 2 days they sound great
NO BAFFLES! I WANT IT LOUD! I JUST LIKE IT THAT WAY! THANX
Which did you prefer in person? I am seriously considering a set for my 04 Springer.
I think I've settled for the "Quiet" Baffles - fir now. They still sound good without been deafening for others within earshot.
How did you film this with no wind noise? The quiet baffles sounds great
A lot of experimentation, but I've ended up recording the audio separately via a TASCAM DR-40 recorder housed in the back map pocket of my jacket. I then sync the audio with the video from my GoPro Camera. I've tried everything to stop the wind noise from the GoPro but nothing seems to work above around 20mph.
His handlebars look wonky, they don't look even, they look offset & slightly lower on the right than they are on the left. Anyone else see this?
