These two are such artists. You give them a predictable assignment and they turn it on it's head until they find a theme that they can get behind. I love how they kind of forgot that cranberries and Thanksgiving were the assignment and turned it into a Bobby Flay Turkey Fajita Fest.
I love watching the two of them work together. They both know soooo much about the science of cooking, both have a large array of techniques, both have amazing palates- they are like genius mad-scientist chefs. And holy shit are they fast. The challenge is come up with two dishes, they usually do four to six.
As someone who grew up watching all the Food Network Thanksgiving specials with Bobby Flay, I am all for the Bobby countdown! Love when my new cooking obsessions (Sohla and Ham) collide with my old cooking obsessions (Bobby and Giada)
Bobby Flay Thanksgiving, switching sides of the kitchen, everyone tasting the gravy, the legitimately useful avocado hack... this episode was especially delightful.
OMG I really thought that Bobby Flay was coming into the kitchen to test the meal! Absolutely loved the challenge of canned cranberry sauce into every bite of this thanksgiving meal! Sohla and Ham - you did what needed to be done! Now come through Bobby😉
I have to go back to the grocery store to get cranberry sauce because I'm totally making that cheesecake, why I never thought of cranberry cheesecake before. Can't get enough Sohla and Ham, they are so wonderful and incredibly creative.
I LOVE how y’all have kept the long form content! I can’t stand the less than 10 minute videos- we love having all the time we can with Ham and Sohla! 🫶🏾
I’ve made a straight up cheesecake (with a gluten-free gingersnap crust) and topped it with with homemade cranberry sauce reduced to a jammy consistency. Good stuff. Incorporating the cranberry sauce into the cheesecake is intriguing too. Whipped cream with heat. Wow!
"Besides Sola." and that smile, made the show worth watching. And we're fifty one seconds in. I wasn't even going to watch because canned cranberries are horrific but then I did. But only because of the love.
True love is when both partners are equally committed to a shared bit to the point of hysteria for example some inside joke about Bobby flay that has clearly been going on for years lol. I love these two sssm!!
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I am definitely not mad to see Ham and Sohla cook for another episode 😍 I dont even know who Bobby Flay is but I see alot of mixed comments about him 😂 I thought it was a fun little continuum in the video 🍷
How bizarre you don't know who he is... In the days before RUclips (gasp!) there was only Food Network and PBS to get foodie related content. And Bobby was the king of Food Network with like six different food shows. He also has a few restaurants in NY.
There are several ideas in here that I would love to replicate for a Saturday dinner with friends: from the chorizo and cheese skillet to the cranberry jelly cheesecake. The gravy would definitely be unnecessary, since we would have the queso and guacamole to top the turkey fajitas. I might include my famous salsa roja, one of my pickled red onion jars, and maybe even my habanero hot sauce to spice up the tacos and round up the flavors.
Ok, so I am late to this party with Sohla, started watching her out if her home (during Covid), lately loved her on BA, but thus with Ham is the best. However I am not a Bobby Flay fan, but your Thanksgiving meal sounds delish. Just a question, could you have made pecan tarts. They would not have needed as long to cook. But cheesecake is always a winner. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 you guys.
I just love watching these guys, they're so great! Funny, warm, great chemistry, great skills, can't go wrong. And wow, turkey fajitas! Fab idea any time. I'm going to hope for sale pricing on turkey breast after TG and try this. The cranberry guac has me greatly intrigued, might try that too. Well done, and thanks!
New challenge - have to cook affordable meals on this month's commodities drop for food pantries. - February 2024 in Indiana was frozen catfish, canned chickpeas, frozen strawberries, canned fruit cocktail. and dried split peas.
I just ordered my Christmas meats, a ham and a smoked chicken... Both will keep until well into the new year. My favourite part of Xmas is the food preparation! I'll be buying a lobster too when it comes closer to Xmas. I might even order a turkey breast for Xmas too. I had one a few weeks ago that was really nice.
Since you are interested in food: It is said that by 2045 we would be producing 40% less food than what we are producing right now and our population would be over 9.3billion people. #nosoilnofood Let's act now #SaveSoil I thought it's important to share #SaveSoil #ConsciousPlanet #Mentsükatalajt #Tudatosbolygó Love from Hungary 💓
Dried cranberries in stuffing are really good. Orange cranberry bread is great too but I never made it with the jelly sauce, only dried and fresh ones. My family prefers the canned jelly Ocean Spray one. They wouldn't touch a homemade one which is nice because getting a Thanksgiving dinner together is enough work to worry about making a fresh one. The best after-Thanksgiving meal is a hot sandwich with Turkey, stuffing, potato, and canned cranberry sauce with a side of gravy to dunk it in.
Hi love your videos - I actively search out "Sohla and Ham" - anyway that's a great tip to cut/cube avocados quickly! I think it would work with a colander as well - thanks for that tip! And here's my tip - when I make quac I cut the avocado in half, then just squish out the avocado into a bowl - but I like your tip better!
so glad to see two of my favorite chefs also love another one of my favorite chefs. thanksgiving a la bobby!!! solah's face when you said you got bobby, though........same, girl. same.
ham: i don't like roux gravy because then when i put it on stuffing it's like bread on my bread ham minutes later: (wrapping his stuffing in a tortilla)
that cranberry cheesecake reminded me of this 70's monstrosity my cousins family used to make for thanksgiving, which used cranberry sauce mixed with cream cheese and cottage cheese into a "salad" (as in the midwestern definition). I mean the texture was as wild as you can imagine, but weirdly pleasant to remember lol
Ham describing Sohla as his strongest tie to the country 🥺 so sweet
❤ them
first american custom he adopted! *
Such a sweet moment! Was surprised to hear he's not originally American lol
so sweet!
First was Thanksgiving then her tho😅
Sohla’s drawing skills are underrated; I’d totally buy a tote bag or poster with her menu illustrations!
Seconded! Maybe with the most successful recipe written out on the back, to correspond with the drawing
Petition for sohla tote bag merch
YES YES YES YES guaranteed purchase from me!!
I’m buying this!!!
The other side just says "woah"
Sohla’s giggle is one of my favourite things about her content. Love this series so much, Ham and Sohla are such a joy to watch.
I love her “whoa”
It's the Sohla Clap ™, surely.
These two are such artists. You give them a predictable assignment and they turn it on it's head until they find a theme that they can get behind. I love how they kind of forgot that cranberries and Thanksgiving were the assignment and turned it into a Bobby Flay Turkey Fajita Fest.
It's nice to see Ham working on the dessert this episode. Of course, he's good at that too! What can't this guy do?
I love watching the two of them work together. They both know soooo much about the science of cooking, both have a large array of techniques, both have amazing palates- they are like genius mad-scientist chefs. And holy shit are they fast. The challenge is come up with two dishes, they usually do four to six.
Eat bananas at the right time apparently
Love Ham apologising for using lemon in the guacamole after already adding the cranberry
And they missed a flay count at that moment!
Their reactions to being told that the crew did get in contact with Bobby Flay was so pure.
Nice of them to switch things up with Sohla doing the main and Ham doing the dessert. They each have their skills in both areas.
We need another season of Sohla and Ham!
I’m always non stop smiling when I watch this series. They’re seriously the best good vibes people 🤌🏽✨
I would love to see more “restaurant” tricks like the avocado de-skinning! Please make that into a series of videos with Ham, Sohla and guests!
My favorite internet couple.
I feel like Sohla's drawings could be a fun charity auction piece for next season
As someone who grew up watching all the Food Network Thanksgiving specials with Bobby Flay, I am all for the Bobby countdown! Love when my new cooking obsessions (Sohla and Ham) collide with my old cooking obsessions (Bobby and Giada)
living for sohla and ham's excitement over the bobby flay tongs
Bobby Flay Thanksgiving, switching sides of the kitchen, everyone tasting the gravy, the legitimately useful avocado hack... this episode was especially delightful.
A great finale. I’ve loved series 2 of this. Really hope they come back for more next year :)
Can't get enough Sohla and Ham, they are so wonderful and incredibly creative.
god Sohla is my favorite internet personality, I love her so much. And her and Ham's interactions are even better. I love them
I love this show I hope it never ends
The second I saw the "Flay Counter" pop up I knew this was going to be one hell of an episode.
I LOVE how y’all have kept the long form content! I can’t stand the less than 10 minute videos- we love having all the time we can with Ham and Sohla! 🫶🏾
I love watching them cook! I can’t wait for the 3rd annual gingerbread house video with Priya and Seth. It should be epic🙌🙌
Wow!
I think we need the recipes for this one. Thanks, Ham and Sohla, for a fantastic video. Happy Thanksgiving!
"We want a nice skin chip" is maybe my new favorite thing Sohla's ever said
Watching Ham and Sola cook together makes me so happy.
WoooHoooo! Sohla & Ham ALWAYS make the Holidays Happy, well, ANY day for that matter. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Gobble, gobble.
I’m addicted to this series🤞🏾it’s was binge watching old episodes today. Love your dynamic, your incredible cooking skills- it’s all so good
My favourite thing about this show is your sense of humour
Ham and Sohla are my favorite series. We need more!! Can’t wait for the new season ❤🎉
what are you thankful for this year? Ham and Sohla. The cutest and most creative, entertaining food personalities of our generation.
I really hope you make more of these! This is my favorite series on RUclips right now! Sohla and Ham are the perfect hosts, such a good show.
Ham and Sohla are such a pleasure to watch together
Sohla being a Letters to Cleo fan just makes sense.
That's also the same shirt Ben Wyatt wore in a few episodes of Parks and Rec. Sohla would totally be a Parks and Rec fan.
I knew the shirt looked familiar. Wyatt approves!
"Besides Sola." and that smile, made the show worth watching. And we're fifty one seconds in. I wasn't even going to watch because canned cranberries are horrific but then I did. But only because of the love.
They are such a cute couple and an amazing team. They compliment each other very well and are supportive of the other's ideas.
True love is when both partners are equally committed to a shared bit to the point of hysteria for example some inside joke about Bobby flay that has clearly been going on for years lol. I love these two sssm!!
This is one of my favourite segments on RUclips. Can't wait for the next season 😍
This is why i stay subbed to NYT cooking!!!!
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I am definitely not mad to see Ham and Sohla cook for another episode 😍 I dont even know who Bobby Flay is but I see alot of mixed comments about him 😂 I thought it was a fun little continuum in the video 🍷
Apparently, he is a celebrity chef who uses the same ingredients over and over again for the past 20 years. LoL
How bizarre you don't know who he is... In the days before RUclips (gasp!) there was only Food Network and PBS to get foodie related content. And Bobby was the king of Food Network with like six different food shows. He also has a few restaurants in NY.
@@harvestmoon_autumnsky yeah I'm not from an English speaking country, so no, I haven't seen him on television!
@@emmasofie8718 whoops! Sorry!
babe wake up new mystery menu with sohla and ham just dropped
The Letters to Cleo shirt is everything. Sohla, I love you
You two are my absolute favourite! 💕 Please don't wait too long for season 2!
LOVE this concept and these two together on this series! Can’t wait for the next season!
The BEST couple in the kitchen. Can’t wait for season 3
They are both so talented and just lovely to watch. I will gladly watch them make anything
I really hope you do a Christmas video with Priya again! Otherwise it'll be way too long a wait for next season, these are so fun!
Could watch these 2 forever. Please MORE ham and sohla

Please please invite me to that meal!
Great meal! Do you know what kind of cheese he used on top of that cornbread? I'm gonna try to make it too
@@asiaclayed It was mozzarella I think!
how sohla just made that turkey picture into one of a skillet fajita is actually pure class and talent
Love the chemistry between these two. ❤
Who else is thankful for the El-Wayllys?
"There's editing you guys!" Love Sohla so much. The stupidity of some people these days; I get it. XD
Ok, so I am late to this party with Sohla, started watching her out if her home (during Covid), lately loved her on BA, but thus with Ham is the best. The Bobby Flay counter really slays me. 😂
Everything is always “yes and” with these two. Never any “no”
The Letters to Cleo shirt!!!! Anytime I think I can’t love Sohla more.
Also watch The Big Brunch. I would very much like a season 2.
More Sohla and Ham! Love their creativity and teamwork, great food and so fun to watch.
This is such a good series! They are such entertainment!
You two are absolutely adorable, I would watch you cook together any and every day!
I love that at one point they were saying “Bobby Flay” more often than “cranberry sauce”
Fantastic job by the editor, they deserve a raise.

Just make mini pies! I always enjoy Ham and Sohla's dynamic ❤

I love that Sohla is wearing a Letters To Cleo T-shirt like she's Ben Wyatt lol
I'm going to try that pie crust for a gluten free dessert this Thanksgiving. Thanks Ham!
Turkey is the black hole of flavor! Thank you Ham and Soyla
Love this. Love how surprised even they are with how good things are. So wish Bobby Flay would have showed up.
Solar and Ham are a treasure. I am thankful for them and their amazingness.
no because I absolutely love these videos and never stop making them
This series is my absolute favorite! Please get Bobby Flay to be a surprise guest sometime 😂❤️
Love that they did reach out to Bobby Flay but somehow it’s funnier that he couldn’t be there anyway. I love Sohla and Ham so much.
Love hearing the pre-cooking discussion.
Genuinely really want a couple of those recipes, especially that cheesecake. That looked super good.
This is one of the funniest things that I've ever watched. So glad I clicked on this link.

Bobby Flay is an Irish American out of the East Coast that studied at a French Culinary Institute, but has a Southwest cooking style.

Love watching Ham and Sohla in culinary action.
such a joy to experience the two of you
I love the Mystery Menu series. One of my favourite things to watch.

Never thought I could love these two more, then they started nerding out over Bobby Flay.
The semi ironic bobby flay stanning is so funny to me lmfao
