    I loved your talk and the way you made the diagram new. After watching another of your videos I got parkour vision- haha. I also know of two programs that help people learn to get back up ;) and have similar goals, including to be useful/helpful. Nutritious Movement (founded by Katy Bowman, author of Move Your DNA and Dynamic Aging, among other books) and MovNat. I am trained in both and enjoy teaching people strategies to keep moving through their lives. Thank you for this call to action.
