The obvious answer would be "they replaced the voice actor", but as to why they did so, I couldn't say. As far as I know though, they actually brought back Macha's voice actor from the original campaign to take over Taldeer, but they altered the filter over her voice to make her sound a *little* bit different, at least.
@@Blazieth Badass Macha's voice and Taldeer in Dark crusade sounds better then this. It sound more Eldar. This Farseer sounds strange but not that eldary. I do not like this voice. Better clasic dow1 dark crusade and caerys (sry for spelling im not sure) in soulstorm campaign.
I chuckle every time she says "It is the best course of action." after I order her to fight 5 squads of marines alone.
