THANK YOU Caroline. I am 65, had 2 heart attacks late last year, and after a month of Cardiac Rehab started with your beginner set in mid-December. It was v hard at the beginning. By March I had mastered it and added a 40 minute treadmill following that set. I am now doing Epic Heat successfully - 5 weeks in -- and look forward to the episodes. It has changed my physical and mental setting - a far cry from the 45% heart function after the heart attack, that the doctor was not sure would improve. I have dropped 44 lbs to be at 135lbs which was my target - credit the exercises and also a plant based no fat diet due to Dr Esselstyn. I have forwarded your links to a number of people and hope that they are benefitting as I did. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Today was the day I accomplished my first TWO tricep push-ups!! It has taken me a year to accomplish this with no assist! I cried happy tears today. I’m so proud of what my body has accomplished! Thank you, Caroline!!

Hi Caroline I foolishly injured my shoulder trying to go up in weights by using a much heavier weight and am doing exercises that don’t involve my arms. It seems to be recovering and I’m so excited to get back, finish epic I and have the joy of starting epic heat!! I hope you recover soon... Increase slowly... Maybe incorporate heavier weight for 1st set and then go back to your normal weight for second set. For right now rest up. Remember if your current weight is still pretty challenging it might not be time to move up. Also remember each muscle is different. You might be able to use persay 12 for shoulders but 8 pounds for biceps.. Stick to what is comfortable yet challenges you... 🌈🌈🌻🌻
Oh my, shoulders are no fun when they hurt! I did the same...straining the long head of my bicep tendon going up too high in hammer curls. Have been laying off the upper body exercises as well. careful with shoulders, etc. Had to skip pushups (which are my absolute favorite thing to do)....slowly getting back into it. Knowing which move hurt helps me work around it....and I do those specific exercises either with super super light weights or no weights at all to maintain range of motion. I feel for you....feels like I lost so much momentum!!!

Really looking forward to biceps and triceps on 🔥 tomorrow morning! Thank you Caroline for helping me improve my form while working my upper body! I used to use heavier weight, but after working out with you, realized I was not doing proper form. I've since decreased the weights, improved form, and seen much better results! The time you take to explain the important details has really helped me ( and I'm sure many others) with the effectiveness of our workouts! Hope everyone enjoys!!! Just finished this workout with my two sons 12 and 8! WOW!! Definitely 🔥🔥🔥 even they felt it! They were troopers!! They persevered until the very last second with their two dumbbells 5lbs/3lbs for the oldest and 2lbs for the youngest. Super proud of them!! My 8 year old was like... "I can't wait for the finisher!" 😅 I used two 15lbs and 10lbs then went for the add on cardio for a good sweat session with my two 8lbs! I would absolutely however you should definitely feel where it is working for example the biceps in curls, entire lower body in squats etc also there isn’t a lot of room on the screen for the tips, timer, % bar remaining, preview etc but I will definitely bear it in mind so thank you for your suggestion cx
This workout made my biceps and triceps scream with pain! What a ferocious arm burner! From the first triset I knew that Cariline is not playing around, one slow dip the second time made my triceps burning. Loved the format, biceps are my favourite upper body alongside the back and chest to train. Now is time for the sprints, I think I will do 10 x flat ones and 8x longer hill ones. How you manage skull crushers with 17.6 lbs is beyond me !!!! You are so strong and You inspire me to be the strongest I can be !!! OMG! 4th consecutive workout in 8 months. It was great!!! I can usually do many pushups without a break, but after doing some tricep and bicep work, I honestly could not keep up with you during the pushup routine. At least now I know "another" challenge to overcome. Thanks for your dedication, Caroline!

My arms were lit up for sure! I found the slow 1le tricep rep most interesting: to push back up, I had to engage my core and glutes, more than my triceps, I feel. I don't really think much of the other muscles we work when we do pushups, but on these slow ones I def do. I enjoyed today. Thank you, Caroline.😊

Today I did this workout with my brother-in-law, who is five years younger and half a foot taller than me...and he couldn't finish it and I could! Hi! I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Caroline''s workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move them! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated 😔
This workout made me feel like a beast! I did pretty good the first set, but the second set of the same exercises was really tough! It’s my second time completing this workout. I did this about a year ago. And since that time I have been doing Caroline’s workouts every day. I remember the first time doing this workout I could barely do the tricep push-ups….and the slow one, I could make it down but could not get back up. This time I was able to do it! Definitely feel so much stronger and can see the difference in my body. Keep at it and you will see results! I look forward to see how well I can do this a year from now!

I turned 65 a few days ago and thanks to your program, I am in the best shape of my life. I started with Epic and will soon end Epic heat, and then on to epic Endgame(Yikes). Thank you for offering such a diverse and complete program to target every inch of the body. I wish I could handle the amount of weight you do. You're a beast! I do your program every other day. On the alternate days, I follow the IBX running and the combination of the two hit the sweet spot. I am grateful to have your amazing program!

Crushed it!!! My favorite personal trainer hands down!!! Wish I was in Ireland. I'm so confident in even the small improvements. And let's be honest we all want to look as good as Caroline, not only is her results from years of hard work and dedication, But everyone is built differently, however we can for sure build ourselves to be our best looking selves!!! Just finished this workout and loved...the structure of your workouts is excellent and yes I was glad to finish...I was just thinking back to epic one and you did many press-ups in a session...I could do most but not like now...today's triceps press ups were a challenge but I would never have managed the 30 seconds slow up and down triceps press ups let alone with 30 seconds of triceps press ups either side and repeat...I may not have the body I want but the one I've got is strong and healthy which is more important...this 62yr old nanny is stronger than ever...thank you 💪💪🏋️🏋️

That was simply brilliant used 12.5 & 10kg DBs, so satisfying and what a great pump. Did my sprints after with 10 sumos at one end and 10 decline pushups at the other. Caroline you have move us all up a gear, loving it 😍

Day 38✅ Smashed! I am noticing some major strength improvements! At the beginning I couldn’t do a single full skull crusher with my heavier weights, I could do full ones (for a while anyways) today! I went into the tricep push-ups thinking I could probably do none with my triceps already destroyed, and I managed a lot ! (for me ). I’ve never felt this strong and it’s incredible! Looking forward to the day where my current heavy weights are my lighter pair :)

Oh my, those triceps push-ups were ultra challenging! I loved the combination of trisets, and the feeling towards the end. I didn't want it to finish, so I went back and repeated the last two rounds. :) Thanks, Caroline!

THANK YOU Caroline. I am 65, had 2 heart attacks late last year, and after a month of Cardiac Rehab started with your beginner set in mid-December. It was v hard at the beginning. By March I had mastered it and added a 40 minute treadmill following that set. I am now doing Epic Heat successfully - 5 weeks in -- and look forward to the episodes. It has changed my physical and mental setting - a far cry from the 45% heart function after the heart attack, that the doctor was not sure would improve. I have dropped 44 lbs to be at 135lbs which was my target - credit the exercises and also a plant based no fat diet due to Dr Esselstyn. I have forwarded your links to a number of people and hope that they are benefitting as I did. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Today was the day I accomplished my first TWO tricep push-ups!! It has taken me a year to accomplish this with no assist! I cried happy tears today. I’m so proud of what my body has accomplished! Thank you, Caroline!!

I foolishly injured my shoulder trying to go up in weights by using a much heavier weight and am doing exercises that don’t involve my arms. It seems to be recovering and I’m so excited to get back, finish epic I and have the joy of starting epic heat!!

I hope you recover soon... Increase slowly... Maybe incorporate heavier weight for 1st set and then go back to your normal weight for second set. For right now rest up. Remember if your current weight is still pretty challenging it might not be time to move up. Also remember each muscle is different. You might be able to use persay 12 for shoulders but 8 pounds for biceps.. Stick to what is comfortable yet challenges you... 🌈🌈🌻🌻
Oh my, shoulders are no fun when they hurt! I did the same...straining the long head of my bicep tendon going up too high in hammer curls. Have been laying off the upper body exercises as well. careful with shoulders, etc. Had to skip pushups (which are my absolute favorite thing to do)....slowly getting back into it. Knowing which move hurt helps me work around it....and I do those specific exercises either with super super light weights or no weights at all to maintain range of motion. I feel for you....feels like I lost so much momentum!!!

I used to use heavier weight, but after working out with you, realized I was not doing proper form. I've since decreased the weights, improved form, and seen much better results! The time you take to explain the important details has really helped me ( and I'm sure many others) with the effectiveness of our workouts! Hope everyone enjoys!!! Just finished this workout with my two sons 12 and 8! WOW!! Definitely 🔥🔥🔥 even they felt it! They were troopers!! They persevered until the very last second with their two dumbbells 5lbs/3lbs for the oldest and 2lbs for the youngest. Super proud of them!! My 8 year old was like... "I can't wait for the finisher!" 😅 I used two 15lbs and 10lbs then went for the add on cardio for a good sweat session with my two 8lbs! I would absolutely however you should definitely feel where it is working for example the biceps in curls, entire lower body in squats etc also there isn’t a lot of room on the screen for the tips, timer, % bar remaining, preview etc but I will definitely bear it in mind so thank you for your suggestion cx

This workout made my biceps and triceps scream with pain! What a ferocious arm burner! From the first triset I knew that Cariline is not playing around, one slow dip the second time made my triceps burning. Loved the format, biceps are my favourite upper body alongside the back and chest to train. Now is time for the sprints, I think I will do 10 x flat ones and 8x longer hill ones.

Caroline I just have to say ; you have changed my focus on ; strong not skinny ! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 managed to do one set of alt curls/pulse/alt curls with 17.6 lbs and the rest with any where from 10-15 lbs ! How you manage skull crushers with 17.6 lbs is beyond me !!!! You are so strong and You inspire me to be the strongest I can be !!! Thank you so much for changing my mindset on being healthy and making working out so fun !!! The workouts fly by and I don’t want it to end !!!

OMG! 4th consecutive workout in 8 months. It was great!!! I can usually do many pushups without a break, but after doing some tricep and bicep work, I honestly could not keep up with you during the pushup routine. At least now I know "another" challenge to overcome. Thanks for your dedication, Caroline!

My arms were lit up for sure! I found the slow 1le tricep rep most interesting: to push back up, I had to engage my core and glutes, more than my triceps, I feel. I don't really think much of the other muscles we work when we do pushups, but on these slow ones I def do. I enjoyed today. Thank you, Caroline.😊

Hi! I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Caroline''s workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move them! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated 😔
This workout made me feel like a beast! I did pretty good the first set, but the second set of the same exercises was really tough!
It’s my second time completing this workout. I did this about a year ago. And since that time I have been doing Caroline’s workouts every day. I remember the first time doing this workout I could barely do the tricep push-ups….and the slow one, I could make it down but could not get back up. This time I was able to do it! Definitely feel so much stronger and can see the difference in my body. Keep at it and you will see results! I look forward to see how well I can do this a year from now!

I turned 65 a few days ago and thanks to your program, I am in the best shape of my life. I started with Epic and will soon end Epic heat, and then on to epic Endgame(Yikes). Thank you for offering such a diverse and complete program to target every inch of the body. I wish I could handle the amount of weight you do. You're a beast! I do your program every other day. On the alternate days, I follow the IBX running and the combination of the two hit the sweet spot. I am grateful to have your amazing program!

I used half litre water bottles as weights but lasted only 11 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full video with 8 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps bulge thickly like Caroline's and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated.

Crushed it!!! My favorite personal trainer hands down!!! Wish I was in Ireland. I'm so confident in even the small improvements. And let's be honest we all want to look as good as Caroline, not only is her results from years of hard work and dedication, But everyone is built differently, however we can for sure build ourselves to be our best looking selves!!! Just finished this workout and loved...the structure of your workouts is excellent and yes I was glad to finish...I was just thinking back to epic one and you did many press-ups in a session...I could do most but not like now...today's triceps press ups were a challenge but I would never have managed the 30 seconds slow up and down triceps press ups let alone with 30 seconds of triceps press ups either side and repeat...I may not have the body I want but the one I've got is strong and healthy which is more important...this 62yr old nanny is stronger than ever...thank you 💪💪🏋️🏋️

Omg! Intense work on biceps and triceps!! Loved it all despite the 🔥 burn!, I wish the tricep push-up triset was in the beginning instead of the middle. However as always we push through and do it! I laughed a lot as if I didn’t I would cry. 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍

That was simply brilliant used 12.5 & 10kg DBs, so satisfying and what a great pump. Did my sprints after with 10 sumos at one end and 10 decline pushups at the other. Caroline you have move us all up a gear, loving it 😍

Smashed! I am noticing some major strength improvements! At the beginning I couldn’t do a single full skull crusher with my heavier weights, I could do full ones (for a while anyways) today! I went into the tricep push-ups thinking I could probably do none with my triceps already destroyed, and I managed a lot ! (for me ). I’ve never felt this strong and it’s incredible! Looking forward to the day where my current heavy weights are my lighter pair :)
When Caroline says these „Arms are going to work hard „ one has to be mentaly and physically prepared to feel the burn.
