"Skull Master" is master difficulty with "skull level" activated. The "skull level" can be accessed by entering "timetolose" (without quotes) in the password field.
In order to get 550 points in a cup, you need to be in 1st at the end of every lap, have 20 rings at the end of every race, break all prisons in prisons breaks, and use no continues anywhere, including the sealed star. Don't choke!
Finally, I did it. I had to get good RNG along with skillful driving to get this run. The following strategy descriptions are for Metal Knuckles, so they may not all work for other stats.
    -- ROBOTNICK COASTER --
1st course of the cup and it's already hard. If you're passive during position, the AI seems more likely to spindash and make the cut harder, so I punt Heavy Magician into faulting (Rubber Ruff probably does not approve). Hanging right and spindashing allows for angle, offroad invulnerability, and speed requirements to pass the tripwire. Drifting and then a sliptide into wavedash allows for a fast exit. the two boost pads allow for some prime wavedash opportunities, even with the 7 ring box. Pro tip - drifting can help you hit the pads. I roll a bumper and then trap the cut to prevent the AI from stealing laps with it. A little off, and they'll take it anyway. Ring help with missed pads, and that orbinaunt helps with AI slapping.
Lap 2 has me take the main path, Ideally you want a bumper to seperate the AI the most, their tether, better roulettes, and somewhat homogeneous racing lines mean they catch up fast when together. I pressed early and got a banana instead. I keep up the wavedashed even with a missed pad, and then I got lucky. This is not requited to win, but I use this to take the loop cut and first cut on lap 3. After that, winning is easy, this time...
    -- NORTHERN DISTRICT --
The AI is still awake, but not as much on this map. I'm able to recover from a bad start, and then able to pull of a trick. You can take the beam endcut by boost stacking a blue spark, rings, and the pad. You can use the voltage from the trick panel to get a discharge blue spark at the start of lap 2. I don't get the endcut on lap 2 due to revenge pressure from Magician and Tails, but I remember one clip from one of those Hot Wheels movies (Acceleracers or Route 66, IDK) where they talk about taking a straight line on a winding path like it's the gnarliest strat ever. The AI clearly doesn't apply that to the end of this map. Barely kept the run together. on lap 3, the crane raises the beam, I only recommend going for the cut then if you can get some tether or are able to have an item to add to the boost stack. Be careful and make sure you have 20 rings by the end when going for 550!
    -- MUNICIPAL MEADOW --
Prison breaks are unchanged from master mode. I did this one slightly swiftly, be careful with your 1 HP.
    -- PANIC CITY --
Finally, a break map of sorts, but don't let your guard down. I hold a vortex for a long time until I wavedash to stack it with the pads, ending with the staff ghost spring sliptide strat. Nothing else interesting really happened except Aigis getting an invulnerability somewhat close to me.
    -- SONIC SPEEDWAY --
This is probably the hardest map in the cup on skull master, but by going to the dark side (bagging) it's not hopeless. Faulting and disrupting as many AI as possible by bumping them into the pond increases the chances of getting an item box instead of a ring box, preferably 2 shoes to take the grey spring cut on laps 1 and 2. I HIGHLY recommend taking the springs to the right and fast falling to reduce the chances of waypoints sending your track progress way further back in the map and murdering your run. Eggrobo was VERY close to stealing first, but they somehow drove so bad that they incomprehensibly got mega air time.
    -- CD SPECIAL STAGE ACT 1 --
Another prison stage, but for my inconsistent standards, this was clean! I recommend spindashing using the accel + brake + drift button combo rather than the one button.
    -- GREEN HILLS --
Finally, the last map, and also the easiest! But the AI can still potentially scam you with power items and the SPB can get you if you're too reckless. The AI commonly attempts to take the big hill cut at the start, even if they have no item to get up the hill. That also means that they'll likely take it if they do have an item, though. There is the endcut that you can take with a wavedash and rings on gear 3, though.
    -- BALCONIES --
Alright, you got the run, do not mess up now! remember that sometimes it's best to hang back for better items, and bananas powerful.
Oh yeah, the server name. Dogi has many meanings, but it's a combo of doodle and mogi in this case, I failed to start a mogi in the early morning on a work day, figures.
