    Deceptively effective drill combination. I approached these at the track wondering how my brain was going to deal with bringing the two elements together after repeating them separately, but I shouldn't have been in doubt as the results were noticeable immediately. Just need to keep doing them now! Thanks.

    So if I just do these drill rapidly, will it just become muscle memory?

      Yes, and you will specifically strengthen and power up the muscles and movements involved in sprinting. Good luck!
