Thank you! Just made a lovely dish for my wife and I. We will eat delicious food tomorrow at lunch!
Sounds great. Enjoy 👌
Thanks for sharing! The roast came out perfect.
Glad to hear it worked out for you.
I’m impressed! Best recipe I have tried for this type of roast. If in doubt cook for less time as you can always tack on a few more minutes after temp checking.
Glad you liked it. Thanks for the great suggestion.
What a great little video! Exactly what I was looking for! I'm going to try it with my smaller 2.5lb sirloin tip roast, and I know I will have to adjust the time already. I've never cooked this beef presentation before, so I am eager to try it! Thanks again for sharing!
I'm glad you found it helpful and inspirational. Enjoy your roast. 👍
@@8thdecade Thanks! I wrote down what you did but because my roast was half the size, I already knew I would have to make some adjustments. That said, I was aiming for the roast to be at around 150 degrees, but alas it ended up at 170 degrees as well, cooking it less than half the time! I will try again, too, but definitely need to go back to the drawing board. (And I should have checked to see if you published an update!) Thanks again for posting this!!! 😊
Nicely done amigo. Love the simplicity and clarity. Delightful music too. Going to do this.
Thanks. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Have a great day.
I had no idea what to do with it! Thank you for this video!!!
Glad I could help! I'm really enjoying cooking with the Ninja Foodi.
Thanks for this! I’ll be trying this tonight
Enjoy. Feel free to alter the time, etc to suit your preference.
Great tips my friend, thank you! (New sub)
You're welcome. Happy cooking.
Pun intended?
Whoa .. that looked way overdone for this cut.
LOL. Like I said,we prefer very well done. 😀 Feel free to use less time for medium, medium rare or rare.
