    I’m impressed! Best recipe I have tried for this type of roast. If in doubt cook for less time as you can always tack on a few more minutes after temp checking.

    What a great little video! Exactly what I was looking for! I'm going to try it with my smaller 2.5lb sirloin tip roast, and I know I will have to adjust the time already. I've never cooked this beef presentation before, so I am eager to try it! Thanks again for sharing!

      @@8thdecade Thanks! I wrote down what you did but because my roast was half the size, I already knew I would have to make some adjustments. That said, I was aiming for the roast to be at around 150 degrees, but alas it ended up at 170 degrees as well, cooking it less than half the time! I will try again, too, but definitely need to go back to the drawing board. (And I should have checked to see if you published an update!) Thanks again for posting this!!! 😊

      LOL. Like I said,we prefer very well done. 😀 Feel free to use less time for medium, medium rare or rare.
