    Happy Mother's Day Lauren-May 12, 2024. I love, love "Improve Your Strength & Balane Pilater Workout for Beginers". As I have shared before I am a 77 year old female and have made the commitment to exercise with you each monring, I set the alarm for 5:15am and turn on your U-Tube channel and do the work out routine for the day. I began on February 1, 2024 and remain dedicated to this routine. It is so important to retain muscle mass as we age. I feel fantastic and am so grateful to you for Senior Shape. Thank you!!!

    Lauren, I just love your videos and calm manner. I'm an active 74 y.o. who does reformer Pilates, biking, walking, light hiking, rebounding, etc., but I no longer want to do fast-paced, difficult routines. Your videos are perfect for me with just enough of a challenge to be beneficial and interesting. Thank you for making them!!

    Loved this for back pain recovery! I was told no bending, twisting, or lifting heavy. It's nice to get in a workout that still feels like a workout.

    I do feel great! I'm 66 and find your workouts are done before I know it. They are challenging, fun, and just right for me. I'm 5'5", weigh 111, have always been physically active, and have had two heart attacks.

      What a challenging pilates workout ! Funny story ..I shared your channel with my 38 yr old physically fit daughter. I told her to not let the Senior Shapeup title fool her 😂 She called me after doing a standing pilates sweaty and jello legs 🤣🤣🤣. I told her they weren’t for sissy’s !!! I feel proud of my 67 self that I accomplish one of your workouts 5-6 days a week 😊 Thankyou for all you do !

    I have been out of the loop for about 3weeks!!!!!     Still loving your classes old and new! And just when I think it might be "too easy" it kicks in, wow! At year 71 and a lifelong exerciser I'm working on maintaining rather than progress or getting stronger. I enjoy doing multiple classes to get to 1 hour or more if I'm feeling strong. Thank you.

    This is a terrific workout especially first thing in the morning when I get up. The pace is great, and I really focus on the balance and muscles being used.

    Hi Lauren! Thank you for putting together this challenging and super beneficial workout for us❤ I've found that as I've aged,(55yrs young), my balance has shifted. I've been working to keep my hips from jutting out as I do standing balance exercises. I also appreciate the focus you give to the cool down stretches at the end of each workout☺ Thank you!

    Hi Lauren, It's been a minute since I have done your workouts since I mostly do chair workouts these days with my Arthritis but when I had my physical a couple of months ago, my doctor suggested bodyweight workouts when I can and this one was very similar to one I did with another trainer yesterday. It was sweaty, and yes, I had to modify it, but it is a new favorite more, please ❤

    Hi Lauren I'm new to following your videos. This is my on day 8. Your videos are easy to follow and very enjoyable. I feel the effects already. I will be turning 70 this year and I was noticing I was getting weaker and off balance. I used to do Pilates religiously. About a month ago I started walking approximately 3 miles a day but found I need to stretch and build muscle. Together with your videos and walking about 3 miles a day I am much more confident and stronger. I love the warm up and cool down in the videos. it makes it complete and a time saver.     This is a great workout. I have trouble with severe arthritis in my hip so I have to modify a lot. I’m hoping it will improve as I do this workout. Love all your workouts!

    Wonderful workout. I like the pace and movements. It feels like a total workout, I hope you keep making videos like this, it really helps this 71-year-old, arthritis-ridden body feel better!

    My first time with this one! I loved it! I love how you give us little rests for muscle groups. Keeps me from giving in! Also I can tell I’m stronger when we do the flies with weights 🎉 Thanks Lauren!

    Another great workout Lauren ! Thank you. I just told my mom about your channel. I feel so good after every workout and my body is loving every minute !
    I put a foam roller under my bum for the Pilates with legs in the air which is great for my lower back ❤

    Good workout. Thank you so much for giving alternate moves for us that have had our knees replaced. Very painful to kneel. Not easy to even get down to do mat exercises.
