Not really, although was a current series it is seen in the production of locations and digital effects as if it were from the nineties. The images look very dirty, opaque, as if in the edition they did not clean the opacity of the image and let it go through. Unless that was the director's intention, to give it an air of a nineties series. If so, it's a good version of Star Wars.
I really hope so. The starfighter combat is by far my favorite part of the SW universe, would be amazing to see a more realistic portrayal of TIE pilots and space combat.
Look at that last shot... I like the attention to detail in how the ISD's are oriented. They are belly-in towards the carrier. Earlier on there is another shot at 9:37 that ties in with it, one of the ships below the carrier's X-Y axis plane is actually fully inverted relative to the carrier... basically it means that the fleet is going to punch out of hyperspace with all the ISD's oriented with their dorsal hulls outwards and the carrier in the middle. And the dorsal hull of an ISD carries the heaviest weapons. It's an extremly defensive formation. These guys have done their homework.
@@womb_raider8316 I wish star wars would replicate it more especially, the only place I've seen space orienation is in the 2003 Clone Wars battle of Coruscant
