@@ModFix it's ok mate. I think the theory is on full throttle and a quick shift the engine is rotated backwards enough to allow slack in the cable just enough to give abit of slop. Thought it was BS, then I had mine done and was stunned. Don't do the top mount by the break fluid reservoir, this will keep the vibration to a minimum, and only stops side to side movement really, which isn't a concern like the main engine mounts and gearbox mounts. 🙌

Stick polybush engine mounts in, stops the engine rocking and makes gear selection smoother too
