" we thought it was the battery because as soon as we unplugged it... it would stop" that comment had me dying of laughter

Luna is much smarter than her human. Her human probably doesn’t even recognize that her smoke detector also has a carbon monoxide sensor. Otherwise it would not have been going off.

Great the husky saved them. Good girl! However, I don't understand the logic about the alarm. Yes, if the battery is removed, it will not work (unless there is another source of power).

I can’t wait until my Condo association sees this. I have been telling them their community space CO detectors were too high to do anything but let them know when something is going to start stinking.

In my apartment our CO2 and Radon detectors are a door level for just this reason.

People that have Husky's in warm climates are not good pet owners. Full stop. Period. No debate.

So anyone that lives in a warm climate and rescues a husky is a bad person?

Have had many huskies in Tampa fl… they thrive and have amazing lives. Beach fun -rolling in cow poop - chasing squirrels. No difference. Healthy crazy husky lives. We also have Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherds. During the summer months it’s hotter north of us. Who knew…… you now do.

@@leonacollins1785 exactly. My husky is a rescue . She lives an incredible life in this hot climate in the summer and cold winters .
