So beautiful. I was a foster fail 12 years ago. I was "pressured" into taking a "10 yr old" German Shepherd (I think he was older) as a foster. OK, truth: I just could not leave him in the shelter after looking into his eyes. I agreed to foster him, and, of course, I was a foster fail. His last two years of his life he was the Emperor of my heart. Such a sweet dog. Not in good shape, but SO worth it. Cannot describe how fostering / adopting an older dog can be such magic. RIP, Arthur!!

Dogs are the best four legged friends 🥰. When they are in a loving home, you can have a really bad, frustrating day. When you come home, and they see you, tails wagging, and just want to jump on you and give you their love, all your days frustrations just fly away. They truly lift your spirits. Deep down, i think it's because we know that dogs can't do some of the things that give us humans joy, like driving your favorite car, taking a vacation where you want, eating so many types of food, going to a great concert or show, etc. They lead a relatively simple life, running in the park, going to the beach, playing with us. For them to give us so much joy even after they have experienced so much pain and suffering is truly heartwarming. Dogs Rule 😇
I had a dog who was just like that. She was quite scared when I first adopted her and she didn't trust me at all. It took her several weeks to get comfortable around me, but once she did she wouldn't leave my side. We really bonded and I took her, and my other dog, everywhere I went. I adopted her in May of 2017 and she passed away two weeks ago from heart failure, she was 8. It was one of the most painful things I have gone through in my entire life and I'm still hurting today. I´m in my 40s and I cried like a baby when she died. That's actually the second time that I cry as a grown man. Fiona, you will be forever in my heart and I know one day we will see each other again when my time comes. I really miss you! 😢
I understand, believe me. My dog of 15 years passed a few months ago and I am still deeply heartbroken. It is the worse kind of pain. So sorry for your loss. 💔🌺
She needed his calm, patient demeanor and the security of gentle affection. I think the last shot of them wrapped up together in blissful peace, speaks volumes asto this perfect union. 💕

She’s an incredible dog and he is an amazing human, glad they found each other. Bless them with a good life!
I hope they’re both around as long as the dog is alive more so Him because Humans live longer.😂
Another match made by God. He knows what person a scared doggie needs.
The picture of them laying on the couch had me start bawling. So glad you showed that sweet baby so much love
The right person, the right family will give love that comes with a feeling of warmth and safety.
I knew he wasn't letting that sweet dog go. God bless him for saving that beautiful dog
Such a heartbreaking beginning...but a Beautiful ending!
That moment when your newly acquired dog puts their head on your arm for the first time completely relaxing is so special. It's like the dog thanks you and letting you know you entered the next level in trust :)
I am so happy for this dog that she found her forever home.
We rescued a dog like that . She now gets into bed with me and loves her belly rubs. She barks at me to let me know she is ready to eat . She is a big baby.
I just cannot understand how and why would someone refuse this amount of love and affection..I mean just look at her.. so much love. Whoever had her in the past and treated her so poorly.. I feel sorry for you. And Darvish, million thanks and gratitude for saving this angel.. you guys were meant to be together❤
It’s just a dog…get over it!!
@@MamacitaBonita shut up
@@MamacitaBonita Well aren't a gloomy, negative person? If you have no heart or love for animals, why do you even watch these videos?
@@maryoleary2037 Because it’s funny! It’s a dog!!!!! Go watch something else if you feel so bad!!!!!
@@MamacitaBonita Its not just a dog, you'd totally abuse this dog obviously.
I’m so happy she was his foster fail. She is so much in love with him
wow.... you look beautiful 😍🥰🥰😘
Hello nichole, how are you doing?
Hello how are you doing today 🤚✋
Thank you for showering that baby with so much love and providing her a permanent home. 🐾🐾❣💞💝 👏
Good man Darvish. If everyone was as kind and patient as you there would be no animal cruelty. God bless you both for the future, and thanks for your kindness.
My pitty did the same thing. When I went to see her, she tried to go back into the shelter. Now she is a different dog. Thank you guys for saving her ❤
Thank you for opening your heart and your home to that lucky pitbull. Many happy and healthy years for you both!
I love the people who take a chance on "the impossible animal", the ones that don't seem 'manageable' and then turning it around into something so special. ❤
Hey
That dog has no idea how to play. Poor baby. She is still traumatized, but I’m glad she is safe and loved now. I hope she gets a puppy if her own so she learns to play!!
"Please foster fail." So cute.
I'm glad this was a wonderfully big, fat failure.
Many happy years together to you both.
She is such a sweet dog! She just needed the guidance and trust she wanted from someone.
the terror in her eyes , how could someone have traumatized this adorable girl to breaking point :(
abandonment in itself is heartbreaking enough to lose trust in everyone
Don't worry kids no animals were hurt in the making of this fairy tale video. 🧚♀️
Trust from an abused dog or one with a traumatic background is precious! My girl is that way -- we bonded almost immediately but it took time for her to trust others
If this doesn't make you tear up, you're dead inside. So beautiful.
Didn’t tear up, but I was pretty happy for both of them.
It did.
Omg I'm dead inside???!😟
I cried my eyes out 😭💔😔
Turns out I'm dead inside 🤔🤨
Сколько боли в глазах этой собаки🤭🥲
Спасибо вам, добрые люди, что вы спасли это несчастное животное🙏❤️
The last scene of them sleeping together was absolutely precious
Hello viviana
THANKS DARVISH FOR ADOPTING THAT BEAUTIFUL DOG 🐕 ❤️ 😍
The man who adopted this pecious animal is amazing and to be honoured. You are amazing and a mentor to all people who want and have the gifts to give to our most special animals/friends who are in need of shelter, food and love. The rest is a gift from the animal to us-- it is most special and says so much about the adoptive parent/s. God Bless You for all that you do. You are a special person! Blessings upon you 100 fold.
Hear hear! I second that emotion! Beautifully said and I totally agree.
This story truly touched my heart!!!
Hey
So beautiful. I was a foster fail 12 years ago. I was "pressured" into taking a "10 yr old" German Shepherd (I think he was older) as a foster. OK, truth: I just could not leave him in the shelter after looking into his eyes. I agreed to foster him, and, of course, I was a foster fail. His last two years of his life he was the Emperor of my heart. Such a sweet dog. Not in good shape, but SO worth it.
Cannot describe how fostering / adopting an older dog can be such magic. RIP, Arthur!!
What love.
So beautiful
what does a foster fail means?
Her eyes in the beginning are so sad. It hurts to think of what those painful eyes have seen. I am glad she has some happiness in her life. Bless
This poor doggie had me crying. How sad she was so scared! I'm so glad she found a great, loving home! Thank you Darvish for taking her and keeping her!
Had me crying too, those sad eyes, were heartbreaking.
I'm so happy for her now, now that she's found her perfect forever home.
I wish them a very long, happy and healthy, life together.
And I wish everyone else, the same.
Take care
What a sweet dog! I'm so happy that she has a safe, comfortable, and loving home now.
You can tell she absolutely loves Darvish! What a beautiful ending to that story! ❤️❤️❤️
Dogs Rule 😇
That was a match made in heaven , I was so glad he didn't give her up, when she let her guard down for him
Very moving video, she chose her person! This guy has so much patience and love to give. So happy they found each other!
Oh i'm so happy that Darvish kept her. You can see she adores him.
Dogs are man's best friend ❤😊
How beautiful... It warms my heart to see her come out of her fear and sadness! :)
:*(
I understand, believe me. My dog of 15 years passed a few months ago and I am still deeply heartbroken. It is the worse kind of pain. So sorry for your loss. 💔🌺
@@sisteryaya24 Thank you! I'm sorry for your loss too. It is a horrible feeling.
So sorry for your loss. Msy your pet rest in heaven
@@annacarter4879 Thank you for your kind words, Anna!
Poor soul was broken. I’m so happy that she’s in a happy place. ❤️
Thank you tears are flowing I’m so,thankful to you both.
That shot at the end when she's lying on top of him! So adorable.
She needed his calm, patient demeanor and the security of gentle affection. I think the last shot of them wrapped up together in blissful peace, speaks volumes asto this perfect union. 💕
After all that she finally realised he was only there to help her, poor baby must’ve come from somewhere that really wasn’t a good situation for her hence the trust issue. It is wonderful seeing these videos and seeing these fur babies get a beautiful happy home, even though it was supposed to be foster lol!!
Best of luck for the new owner darvish, and the doggo for the future. Thanks so much for saving him / her 🫶😘
So sweet her putting her head on his shoulder.
This dog has more of a soul than some humans I see on the news.
*Some?* I'll go on record and say MOST of the humans on and OFF the news.
You are so right on.
And a bit less sanctimony from those proclaiming the news would also be a good thing (plus a bit more honesty).
ill take the dog
Especially our ADMINISTRATION
I feel so sorry for them when they make themselves innocent like this 🥺
Did she say his name was Darvis. Well I love Darvis and hope there's more like him out there. Thank you Darvis for rescuing a dog.
Bravo Good people, be blessed
Thank you for these amazing stories every day. I enjoy watching them. I wish this dog the best 🙏 🙏
