I got a lip for my 08 TL type s that I need to paint match. I also need to paint my STI lip as well. I use the 3m red scotch bright pad and some sand paper but I’m here because I like to just watch videos like this.

in the case it flexes alot. yes but at that point the probably hit something and thatll be the least of your worries. but in terms of minor scrapes your good

2 coats of clear, first is a little lighter then second i out down heavier

Only from impact, but as long as you prep and paint it correctly, you shouldn’t have any issues with paint chipping.
