I have a client who has Exchange Online ( Plan 2 ) licence and believe me or not they receive emails in hundred thousands of e-mails per client. All users have limit ( expansion ) to 1 TB online archiving emails and I search for any advice HOW TO export those emails and save it or backup it to PST file if we know that max size per PST file is up to 100 GB( if u change registry). My question is Can I export emails from online archiving to PST file step by step by some filter for example time period or limitation of exported mail ny size in order to resize and divide all online archived email from 1 TB to 98 GB per PST. How to do that?
I agree. Good video but your voice volume is low compared to the music. It's already a bit hard to understand your accent. The loud music doesn't help. Music is not necessary in this type of video.
To enable auto expanding, it is now in exchange admin center - recipients - mailboxes - search for the user - "others" tab on the side pane

You have to create a retention policy in compliance center then assign it to a user
