I used to work in a restaurant. One way we got more lime juice was to microwave them. It depends on how many you have but start at 15 seconds. For limes the skin will start to turn brown when ready. Use a mug or bowl because sometimes the juice will come out. Let it sit for a bit as you can burn yourself on the juice. You can also let it sit in hot water for about a minute or two. This does work for lemons too.
