You and your family have been out there helping in every way possible and if you get a day to give your family a mental health day...nothing to feel guilty about. Don't feel bad about taking time to recharge mentally. Our family went through a tornado October 2001 we had to take time to laugh so that we could get through the clean up and repairing. I would love to be at that fish fry when you guys get to have it.

Daniel, you were blessed and suffering survivor’s guilt. That is okay, but you and the other workers are doing amazing things to benefit the victims. You brought in the excavator and are donating the time, fuel, and expertise you bring from life and especially your time with OHP. Your family and neighbors are blessed to have you there. Keep on keeping on!!! You are making people smile and YOU are changing a small portion of the world.
Stress release is Important in times of Challenge. Good fishing vacation from what's going on. Your hearts are in the right place. You need to rest too.

As kids, my parents would take us kids (4 girls)fishing. My daddy had no sons, but he was ok with it ☺️ we love camping, riding in his boat putting out trout lines and cleaning the fish. I miss my parents. They left us with many many good memories. Thank you for sharing this video as it warms my heart and brings wonderful memories I haven't thought about in a while. It took 2 weeks for my insurance company to go look at my car in a holding lot. They are terribly impacted by the sheer damage to be assessed. One insurance man I know went inside and threw up when he heard about the tornado in our home town. Patience and prayers to all.

Hello from Blanchard . I Spent the first part of the week up there helping a friend clean his house out they lost the roof but the house stood . Glad you guys are all safe the Tornadoes have been retarded this season. We've had 2 of them within a mile or so of us .

Daniel please do not apologize for taking a break. Most of us watching your videos have never experienced the trauma and devastation that your town is going thru. You need breaks in order to keep yourself mentally stable. Having a servant heart like you and DeeJay have can take a toll on you too. I find it ironic that there are quite a few video posters/ RUclips creators who have been affected by natural disasters in the past week. Very hard that so many of us out here in the cyber are seeing up close and personal the suffering that others are going through.
