Also Howitzers from America, French's Cesar, so why is this labeled as the most powerful howitzer?
The reason it is on top of the list is not because its rounds are heavier or stronger, but because its accurate, it can shoot fast, only needs small crew and can reload its entire stock fast.

One can see that NATO has indeed proved its artillery in Ukraine , linked in with their 24/7 Spies in the sky , allowing the 155s and HYMARS to pin point and hit key targets with greater accuracy and at longer range has shown that the Russians have no reply and for sure NATO will now review the Russian main tactic of heavy use of artillery and make improvements on their own advanced counter fire capabilities !

the u.s. had the m110 also known as the 8 inch, it was a 203 mm gun that was so big it just sat on top of a open tracked chasse! It was also the most accurate field artillery piece but it was retired in the 90s because it was just too big and too slow. Also we where able to make a 155mm tactical nuclear round for the m198 and m109 so we didn't need the 203mm m110 (the 8") anymore. Its big role was to be in Germany and Korea with nuclear capability!

Yeah, Britain operated them until the 90’s but as precision guided munitions came into service, the M110’s bunker busting role could be done more effectively with guided munitions and we also phased out our 203mm nuclear shells in the early 90’s

All in all, however, it looks as if Nato will have to catch up on "tactical nuclear" rounds in huge quantity now, so as to counter the Russian threat on that level. Also, since the neo-fascist parasitic Putin regime now gave precedence, overall military and specifically strategic nuclear capability is once again going to suck up effort and money in Cold War II, but this time, Nato must unite in absolute readiness to use nuclear weapons in small scale as well as MAD scale. Welcome to the MADness that is humanity.

      No they really shouldn't.
Russia would've lost the war, Ukraine and its own foreseeable future if the decide to use their arsenal in any extend.
They have virtually non existent legitimization for invading a neighbouring country by annihilating anything that is visible.
Just throwing a nuclear bomb because your cannon fudder turned suicidal, is not an option.
The ramifications will eliminate Russia from a viable future.
It's one thing to have them, it's a great deterrent, using them is not an option.

There is no need for tactical nukes. It's better to not even have them and just maintain strategic MAD nukes.
