Today we are going to talk about the visual differences between removable vs permanent adhesive vinyl. I will show you how to figure out which is which and I also have a handy hack of how to keep your adhesive vinyl nicely organised so that you can easily identify them in the future.

which vinyl should i use if i want to do a hollow out sticker for my custom stenciled book edges?

Are you able to make removable vinyl permanent or somewhat permanent?

I’m new to this whole world. Started making tumblers. I made an order off Etsy for vinyl. Thinking all vinyl was the same. Now I don’t know what is what and what can be used for tumblers? Can I use either kind, just one will be better? If so, which is the best? Thanks in advance.
Hello Renee! For tumblers you can use permanent vinyl. You can buy one from Cricut or search some brands from Amazon :-)
Thank you for replying. Some of the ones I ordered don’t say permanent in the listing. What happens if you use non permanent vinyl on a tumbler?
@@Sheepshit it won't stick when it's washed. Oracle and Siser are two other brands. Need to make sure you read the labels on Siser very well...hard to determine. Cricut is plain to see. Anything that you want to last and not come off, you need to use permanent.
