Keeping both eyes open has nothing to do with being a better shot. It just gives you an increased field of vision. Makes it harder to approach you from your blind zone. And, it is in fact much more difficult to aim like that. It's a product of his skill, not the reason for it.

Fun fact: in a fistfight if you press □/x Arthur will block if you hold the counter button in a fistfight he will dodge, and also another detail when playing as John or Arthur both of them have completely different lines in poker, blackjack, and five finger fillet
Another thing if you go to the big bar in Saint Denis with the bath, rooms etc. You can actually wait on the stairwell and some people that come up the stairs drop their cigars on the stairs when smoking them so free cigars
I shoot with both eyes open. Drill sergeant taught evryone in our platoon this method. We also on average had higher accuracy so it definitely works. Its more about keeping track of targets and not stressing your eyes too much
That last one. They could’ve added a Easter egg scene where you’re in a coma land, and you’re with the chalolians in Chalolia. Meet up with everyone in the game that has died. Arthur being the main guy and just have a drinking party. Then wake up at the Blackwater hospice to your wife and son and uncle. Then all continues on like normal.
One thing I learned that you may not have covered yet, when doing missions that involve tracking animals or people (particularly with Charles) you can activate Eagle Eye and track it first,to which charles will actually comment on. The level of detail is truly absurd
A cool detail I noticed while dual wielding my Schofields is that different high powered ammo sounds different when fired. I had Express in one and high velocity in the other. Pretty amazing! Rdr2 is the best open world game ever made!

I think it’s crazy that NPC’s can drop guns and they can go off. I had a guy drop a shotgun off it horse when he was shot and the double barrel he had landed on the stock and fired; blowing his head off
