this guy deserves all the credit, I tried 3 different PTs none of them gave me this exercise and it's instant relief even trying it for the first time.
can't thank you enough!!!
I have had this issue for 7 years. I Haven’t tried these exercises but your energy and the comments section let me know they will work! So happy to find this!
Dude, I feel like your video are geniunely life changing for so many people. Thank you for the quality content, sticking to the point, showing those visual graphics of the muscles, explaining the excercises so well and even offering your services. Still my favourite rehab excercise content creator.

Absolutely amazing info !! You really deserve more followers
I don’t understand why you don’t have more followers… each of your advice and content is so on point. 🤷♀️ Maybe too complex for fitness ignorants and beginners? 🤔
No it is because only put out 15-20 videos out per year. Most u tubers do 2-3 per week to boost algorithm. I do not have time to do that. To many clients.
Becouse this Man is doing reliable movies not gym streoids highlights so fallowers belive that they will become ripped and healthy after bullshit ex. Fame vs knowledge.
Great video! I've had clicking and popping in my right knee for 10 years. When it first happened 10 years ago I only had pain in my knee when walking downstairs, no upstairs. It was odd I thought. After working out for a month or so the pain subsided but the clicking and popping kept on for 10 years only while walking upstairs. Very odd I thought.
Found this video and started doing these exercises about 2 weeks ago. Started with 1.5 pounds. The clicking and popping stopped in less than two weeks. I'm now up to 3 pounds and I'm going to keep going up to 10 pounds. It'll take another month but I want to be sure the clicking and popping doesn't come back.
These exercises really work!
Thank you for posting them!!!
Just found this video after searching hi and low for a fix for me. Tried the Kneesovertoe but that didn't really help so wondering if 5 months later, if your clicking and popping is totally resolved.
Did anyone notice that all the exercises are on the left leg while the skip hop jump is with the right??
People really need to focus on good proper foot wear and addressing hip weakness / imbalances which is where knee pain / discomfort stems from in most cases. As a personal trainer whenever I recommend useful and extremely beneficial strengthening exercise such as these and others to my clients, friends and family, 99.9% never perform them and allow their knee issues to progress!!
Thank you so much before this I couldn’t skate no I’m back on the grind
Bro im in that situation right now! I can skate for about 30 minutes and then my knees hurt so bad for the rest of the day.
Ok why do these people like him always involving items for the legs when I don’t have those I mean that’s just ridiculous.🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
I do operation for ACL more than 16month but still I can't run because to much problems in my knee how you can help me or I can visit you
Sure. Click on the details of the video. And u can email me and will set up a time to talk about a plan to fix you :)
I am so grateful for you posting this video. I almost cried from happiness..!! I am trying to rehab my knee after the horrific trauma the surgeon did on my knee. He dislocated my kneecap on purpose ( yes, yes, he said it) and I haven’t been able to do much in two years so I’m trying little by little to do your exercises and I’m progressing which I thought it impossible!
I do want to ask you because I had been going to a therapist who does dry needling and it helps me for a few days but the pain and clicking &popping are still there, then the pain comes back and it’s a vicious cycle. Is this a good thing to do? (the dry needling)
My therapist never ever mentioned these exercises but it’s funny because when I walk, I often press in with my fingers into the top part where the muscle attaches on one side of my groin hip area that goes to the knee. (Without knowing it. ) It’s an instinct perhaps but I see it now. It makes sense. May God bless you a thousand times over.
Sue that surgeon
I am going through the same
@@edwardngobi7216 I’m very sorry. What has happened to you?
@@Poseidon-wx2gh thank you I am trying.
How about arthritis in my knee, pushing 72
Learning MAT lower body segment and this is tying in directly to what I'm learning. Your only as strong as your weakest link!
I wonder if this is why my IT band gets so tight so often.
No it is because of your glute medius minimus. This has very little to do with fixing IT band
Can u please do a video of hip flexor and low back pain when running for distance
I tore my meniscus over 2 years ago, I'm now 47. I did everything I could think of to get back to normal. PT's, supplements, knees over toes guy... Yet I still had major pain and couldn't bend without pain. After a year and a half of struggle it blew up on me again after a hike. I went in and got an MRI which confirmed a torn meniscus. I was then scheduled for surgery. Then I came across Corexcell's main knee pain video, to say it changed my life is not an overstatement. I felt an improvement immediately! I then purchased 6 video calls with Zach as my last resort before getting surgery. Well, long story short I cancelled surgery and now my knee feels better than it did before the injury. If you are having knee pain or have an injury I wouldn't waste a second more and get a hold of Zach!
My meniscus was recovering with knees over toes guy too. After a motorcycle ride one day, my knee popped out and swole up again. Just discovered this vid today. How are you feeling now?
I only sprained mine when I was 19 and it took me 3-4 months to be able to just walk without crutches and a few more months to walk without really any pain but over the years I've had problems and im 27 now and I always have knee pain or stiffness and I try to do some of the excercises but nothing really works that well. So if I only sprained mine as the doctors said then I'd hate to see what damage a tear would've done to me

All your videos are awesome! Is there any place to access the files/overlays of the muscles/bones you use? A purchase or downloadable program? Its so extensive and precise, it’s perfect
hey guys, what would you recomend to someone that had to have partial manisectomy? thank you in advance.
That green carpet has me intrigued to wonder what that gym smells like.
Peace be upon you. I have erosion of cartilage in my knees. I am 26 years old. I had PRP injections in them and the pain did not go away. Can I start exercises or a program that I can follow? Thank you
This guy might be the best on RUclips and there are a lot to choose from. I really like this guy. Seems like he actually knows rather than a shotgun approach.
Is it normal when doing this exercise for your shin to really hurt haha I saw the shin video I'm working on those too as I have knee problems and shin too but shins have been extra bad recently
Any advice would be much appreciated:)
Thank you, what about déséquilibre rotulien please :)
If someone has a knee injury that is lingering. They should do these knee exercises and follow with hips ( glute and innner thigh) from the app. Or do you have specific knee rehab on app?
Seems like these would good exercises to incorporate for someone trying to address an FAI hip impingement, no?
Great stuff but wanted to add that the Rectus Femoris inserts on the patella and the tibial tuberosity.also.
Hi I want to ask you are you doing physiotherapi as well?
What if you don’t have all these dang bands
any video on fixing the side of the neck? right below the ear lobe..its been killing me this passed year...always feels jammed and pumped... ive tried stretching..excersices..chriro.. massage therapy...nothing works.. 😢
Many shoulder muscles and your scalines attach around the neck. Speaking from excruciating experience, you may have some weakness or imbalance. I would balance some very slow and careful neck stretching with a wide range of shoulder / chest exercises. You can even use a tennis ball against door frame to release the tissue.

I’m so excited to try this excercise!!
Has your website been hacked?
4 months old latest video. At least offer once per month
I agree with u. I am back making videos this month and moving forward. Sorry for the delay fans
Why isn't the app on the store?
I say specifically in the video it is a website app. Click on the link in the details of the video.
@@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab I know. I'm just wondering.
Max Towers Got it. 2 reasons. 1st I am not going to give a % of my money to the tech companies. 2nd I wanted clients to view it on large screen on the computer. And have the option to look on phone. Also the money i make off RUclips ads. Makes up for any money lost off app store.
@@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab ah, I see. Thank you for the response.
By hearth, thank u !
Wow thats supreme stuff here!
Okay? OKAY!
👍👍👍 Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
Osgood shlatter ?

Kneesovertoesguy who?!?!? Lol jk. The hip exercises shown above and in past core excel vids have been pivotal in my knee repair journey. Improperly distributing body weight over my knees caused muscle imbalances and pain in my hips and knees.
The same problem I had and still have, with the corexcell program that I bought in the past I've imbalanced all my muscles in the legs, maybe its a very good program but I don't recomandat done by your self to anyone. And about kneeoverthoseguy my opinion like football player and fitness addicted it's way simple and effective.
I think thise two guys I mean kneeovertoesguy and Zach are both helpful and effective they complete each others. I found a lot of releif and confort in working out after following the knee overtoesguy. Now am completing my approatch with Zach priceless knowledge as my knee still clicking going upstairs or cycling.
Hi Zach. How do I get access to level 2?
Where you at Zak?
