    would lying on your back (instead of seated) while using a knee extension machine also target the the rectus femoris?

    Hey, coach. Couldn't the squats on the tip toes be substituted with VMO squats? They seem like the same squat, just with the wedges.

    Hey coach.
    I routinely have tightness in my right lower hamstring / back of knee that is usually accompanied with a sore right hip flexor.
    Any specific muscle weakness that MAY be causing this?

    what'd you do for the shoulder? my right one rolls forward no matter what when i try to put it behind my back no stretches are really helping
