Jenni Elle for me personally the case size is too small for me, nothing smaller than a 41. Love your channel where do I put my address just in case I win
With regards to the case size, the watch is MEANT to wear smaller and it's not even really that small anyway, being 39mm in diameter and over 47mm lug to lug. I love the fact that my '58 has no date. It just makes the dial so much cleaner, it's more faithful to the original watch and if I need the date, I have my phone. My own personal issue with the watch, is the bracelet and clasp. Firstly, the clasp is a little long for small wrists and the link which attaches to the 6 o'clock side, doesn't fully articulate, which is really annoying. Secondly, the lack of a quick adjust feature is also irritating and you can't get half links! Despite this, I still love it. A lot!
When a watch have a date window, reviewers say “we don’t need a date window for a cleaner dial”... When a watch is no date, reviewers say “a date would be useful” -__-
Totally. Give me the date all day. If I'm going to sacrifice all the features that a $10 digital watch can do for a fancy look at me watch I at least want to be able to look at the date! All these people talking about Aesthetics of the dial and stuff. Get over it. Watch hobbyist are such a funny group, I'm one of them. We talked about all these features and about the movement and all this but people could transplant a $50 Chinese movement into the Rolex of 99% of Rolex owners and they would have no idea. Everybody talks about dive watch this dive watch that. Modern divers don't use dive watches so who cares about the depth and all these other features like helium Escape valve. My opinion, I watch better have a heck of a lot of charm in order to justify $5,000 or whatever. Just a name brand won't do it for me. So, the more obscure, the more odd, the more interesting the better in the luxury watch world, I think. I do like this Tudor BB 58.
@@john-carlosynostroza It's all preference for me. If it has the date, that's great, but the trade off is the design doesn't look as good as a no date. It's more practical, but really, how practical is a luxury watch anyways?
I respect that you actually stated the fact that BB41 would not fit a wrist smaller than 17,5cm. I hate how often Watchbox Review says "I'd recommend this Planet Ocean 43,5mm to a wrist as small as 14cm", like c'mon really??
I’m the same although quite like having it centred at/around 6 Hate a 4 o’clock date though... it would be like permanently having the bezel off by 1-2 clicks 😂
@@manuel_winde agree with the 4 o clock date. Just feels wrong. Same for 6 o clock. It’s put me off a few aqua terras recently. It’s 3 or nothing for me
Your video is good, but you are talking a bit too fast. In Point No 2 regarding durability, you have not said anything about the quality of the movement. Durability means quality. This watch looks awesome, but for the price atleast it should have a date window, if not day/date. I would love if you did a review on Favre-Leuba watches which the the second oldest watch company(1737), the first one being Blancpain (1735).On the whole a good video. Keep going.
I have a 7.5 inch wrist and this watch fits perfectly, the narrower width slides under a shirt nicely. This is my favourite watch in my collection and I don’t miss the date window at all. Thank you for your video.
There is something about listening to a woman give watch reviews, especially one with an accent. I enjoy the quality of your videos and I would love to see the Grand Seiko GMT SBGM221. I would love to get a true sense of that off white dial color.
As someone whos just getting into the hobby. id like to see you do, giving recommendations for different style watches at different price points. kind of like your "3 watches below 5000" video. "german watches under 1000$" or maybe "swiss watches under 1000$" "Best field watch under $500" etc. "first time watch buying mistakes" Similar to your buying a watch for someone else with a focus of mistakes you might make buying your own first watch. "good first watches to buy / finding your style" "what your watch says about you" Personality wise "what is a field watch, chronograph, diver etc. " "in house vs 3rd party mechanical movements" what's better? what's more sought after? what holds value? what's more reliable? "History of different major / reliable brands" .. what are reputable brands? hearing the same names and growing an understanding but there's so many. hard to tell when you first hear something new really enjoy your videos, thanks again.
Most things mentioned in this video are actually a "+" for me, particularly the "no date" bit. I wear my divers only on week-ends or evenings, so I don't need the date complication and love the symetry without it. About the bracelet clasp, it has micro-adjustments like most diver bracelets I think? Those are used precisely for the issue you mention of expanding wrists. It's either that or a gliding clasp, which is easier to micro-size, but much chunkier. I personally like my clasps to be as small as possible (but with 3-4 micro-adjusts) so that it sits more comfortably on tables etc when I'm sitting down
Brought this watch a while ago. Absolutely superb watch. No complaints here. Rivits no problem, you don’t even see them when it’s on. 39mm spot on, size wise.
Just checked my 58 over 24 hours to see how it kept time and it was +/- 0 I'm not that bothered about an automatic losing a couple of seconds per day anyway, but there it is.
I was waiting for a Rolex Sub but the wait was not finished yet last time I went to see my AD and they had a BB58 for a customer who disappeared. Lucky me. I got that instead and i am much happier now. Smaller, less “bling bling”, very cool and classy. Well done Tudor!
Great video! Thank you for telling us about yourself. I've got four daughters and they all love watches. It's exciting to find other women who share that love. Best wishes to you and your partner. We'll be watching your watch journey all along the way!
Nice write up. I have a BB58 and I love it and I love the "rivets" too. I had the 42mm on for a very short time and it is a big clunker for me. The 39mm is perfect. I know Steinhart watches aren't "premium" watches but I think they are way under valued so maybe think about reviewing them. Peace out.
I slept on this watch until yesterday. I was looking at the all black 41 and was told to try that one by a friend....being as it is on back order, I got lucky and got to try on (for a good hour)one that my ADs watchmaker owned....I didn’t want to take it off and ordered one on the spot. I have very large but very round wrists. The height of this makes it tremendously better than the 41 and it has made me rethink my “list”. I don’t know if a six digit sub will still be on it anymore (I do still want a specific 14060 for sentimental reasons). This may be my favorite modern diver of any brand period.
I would love to see some high quality women watches options, especially from a young female watch-enthusiast. My girlfriend likes watches and we look at watches together, but I feel that there's a very limited amount of watches which are suitable for women, especially at a decent price point. Love your content, keep it up!
I just bought this BB two days ago. Love it so much!I have 6.25' wrist size. I like vintage style, and compare with Rado Captain Cook limited edition, finally, I made decision to have BB. Oh, Jenni, thank you very much for giving us this so great content and as some people have said, I'm pretty happy to see a girl in the watch community giving its actual opinions and reviews, so thank you very much and happy watchmaking!
I would love to see you review the Omega Aqua Terra! FYI: Love the content you've been providing! Even though the channel is very young I see a lot of potential and this is quickly becoming my favorite watch-related channel on youtube!
Hector Orozco You sound like the sort of person that would see a guy nice car and say he is compensating for something, you seem like the kind of guy that would say someone’s been flash just because I’ve got a nice suit, and you also seem like the sort of guy if they see a man or woman with a good body you would criticise them that they spend all of the time in the gym... You seem like the type of guy who hears a thud in the house and wakes the wife to go check it out! You think the watch makes the man. Wrong.
@Scott F , the “lower end of the food chain” remark just proves what I said about you. If you let people keep talking they usually hang themselves. Like you just did you arrogant prick.
I have the 58 with the red bezel. While I don't dive, I do salt water fly fish. I love the weight on my off hand. Thus far have not had concerns with the bezel construction and it has numerous hours at work wading in salt water. Your commentary on the quick adjust is on point. My hands are in and out of water, the change in fit can be noticeable at times.
What I would like to see next? Simple, I’d like to see more videos like this; a critical take on a watch. I don’t watch YT for a sales pitch, I watch it for actual reviews. Best of luck in this, you’re doing very well.

I’d love to see some German watches. Possibly the new salmon dial a. lange & söhne even though it’s not even obtainable. Would also move to see the IWC portofino as it has gotten little to no RUclips coverage at all and that I am on the verge of buying one
Honestly I would love to see more ladies watches. I’m a bit board with the same videos covering the same watches over and over again. I think ladies watches would be a nice change of pace and would be a great help for me as I’m trying to get my wife into this hobby.
Tony Anguiano thats where the demographic is at. Though i agree a change in watches would be nice, something a little more obscure. Just one more watch does this nicely.
the Black bay 58 is a good size for the majority of people. I have a 216 mm wrist and always need to buy more links from the AD, I love a date on a watch and the Tudor hydronaut ref 89190 that I will be picking up has the cyclops which helps me to see the date. I like a watch to have a date function and good lume , so I can see the time at night. Love your videos , keep them coming the world is yours for the taking.
We caught on to the three-finger count because of Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds, of course! And I'd love to see some Nomos on this channel--especially some of their sports line from last Basel. Cheers!
I love your watch videos. Your expert opinion and not just "hype" which is where I feel the Black Bay is going. If you watch RUclips videos on the Black Bay you would think someone struck actual gold in the Earth.
If the bezel insert were more scratch resistant, this would top my list of watches to get. The whole aesthetic appeals to me, but I can be a little rough with my watches. I need robustness. If it also had a date window above the 6 like you mentioned, I’d start allocating funds right this moment. In the meantime, I’m keeping a very close eye on this line. Great video like always. Keep up the good work!
I’d love to see some reviews of Grand Seiko. I think their spring drive technology is an incredible feat of watchmaking and I’d love to own a chronograph with it to really experience that perfect smooth sweep seconds hand.
It's refreshing to see some "gender diversity" in the RUclips watch community. Really enjoyed this video, and look forward to seeing more. I'd be interested in your take on NOMOS.
@@johnandmorehb3422 I don't care about gender either, but this hobby seems to be dominated by men, and I just like to see that there are women who appreciate it as well.
When I was younger I loved diving and did it for about fifteen years and I could care less if my dive watch has a date complication and would prefer that it did not have one. The last thing that would go through my mind when I was diving is gee I wonder what the date is today?
there are a few channels that do. Like Watchfinder. Iv actually started to look at those watches awhole lot differently now and with better appreciation
@@Akmal_Alif Reality is, people with wimpy wrists tend to choose a too big watch. Unless you look like the Rock Johnson or Arnold in his best years, you better go with a well proportioned watch.
@@pauls_guitartrip That's your opinion though. A man will choose a nice watch that is meant to feel it and this is not as bulky as you think. The all-titanium further solidifies that and you don't feel like it's even there. Have you even tried it on?
Love your channel. It's great to see a woman's perspective on this great hobby. While the top tier watch brands are great as a Grail watch, to be honest, I'd rather hear about the attainable watches. For example, I just picked up a Christopher Ward GMT that literally blows away Tudor black bay in every respect. Its been a long time since I have had a watch that halted my entire rotation...even when I've picked up an Oris save the reef III and a Mechanichi Veneziane GMT at the same time, both are screaming for wrist time but my CW has won the battle for now.
I don't hate them, and, occasionally find them useful, but, I hate having to flip through them every time I put on a watch that I haven't worn in weeks (which happens quite a bit, lately; gotta do some selling). I absolutely loathe having to do that with a watch that has both a day AND date complication. Plus, they look cleaner without such things and they seem to make the stem more prone to mishaps.
I can see y u dont like them but on some watches it doesnt cut off the indices, and i always prefer the date window on those. Its just another complication, cant go wrong with that
Oh dear Jenni, my wallet is not happy with me as it's lost more weight (It didn't gain any over Christmas) but I'm very pleased with my BB58 in black. Your review was spot on. The fake rivets on the bracelet was initially a concern but to be honest on the wrist I do not notice them any more. The bubble or box sapphire crystal shape really reflects a design from long ago. To me Tudor have created almost the best modern retro watch, the blend of off white luminous hands and markers with the gold tone hands and gold tone printing on the dial is exactly the right balance. It even fits on the wrist and under s shirt cuff without a problem. The cherry on the top of the cake is that they made it without a date and cyclopes as it keeps the symmetry of the face. A non magnified date at the six position may have had my wallet worried e little more.
I love this watch. One day I will own it. I do love a date or day/date window and have other watches with this but I also love how clean a watch dial can look without these windows. So for me it’s about if the watch suits the day/date windows or not and for me this one suits the cleaner look!
I’d like to see your opinions on the JLC Polaris collection, “diver” line from Jaeger lecoultre since it seems you know your diver watches haha, and some spotlights on Nomos or Junghans would be nice too!
@@powerplay.556 Who gives a shit about that. It's enough to keep wound when you're wearing it, and it's time only, or date and time, so it's not hard to set when it stops
@@rousseau327 We don't all own one watch. The model has been a commercial disaster and the lack of power reserve is one of the main reasons for that. My Tudor Pelagos and Omego Planet Ocean both absolutely shit on the Polaris in every way. 20 bar with push in crowns? lol. The supposed beautiful movement can't be seen or heard when wound. The rubber strap is its best feature. I bought a JLC Master Compressor new in '09, kept it for 7 years but was at Richemont more than on my wrist. They refunded me in full for a reason.
@@powerplay.556 I agree that the Polaris hasn't been the most successful, but we're talking about power reserve here, no? 38 hour power reserve is enough for you to wear another watch for a day, and come back to it, and if the power reserve runs out, the lack of complications on the watch means it's easy to set. The only reason why 38 hour power reserve is a "problem" is because watches commonly have more nowadays. People used to own watches with this amount of reserve within a large collection without a problem.
It’s most likely the closest competitor, a thing many reviewers fail to notice as they usually mention the 300M, which is a totally different watch. But the 300 mc-a is a lot bigger and thicker and not recommended for smaller wrists.
I very recently bought the Black Bay 58 Navy Blue to compliment a range of predominantly black-dialled watches in my collection that include the classic Rolex Submariner Date 16610 that I've owned for 19 yrs. The Tudor is a super, very well-made luxury timepiece and I appreciate its rather understated blue dial and bezel compared to the 'bling-blue' ceramic of my Omega Seamaster 300. Like-for-like think of the Blue 58 as a more modern take on its original black and gilt sibling. The blue really pops in daylight or in well-lit rooms and a pleasure to wear. Although not quite up there with the Rolex in the absolute quality stakes - but why should it be when barely 35% of the retail price - go to an AD and try one on. In-house COSC certified movement, 70 hrs power reserve.... you won't be disappointed.
Hi Jenni, Hello from Sydney. Excellent review and loved the detailed & unbiased explanation. Even though your german, and already working with your partner, am glad you started this english channel. I have been to watches since ages and been following some big scale channels but this is the first time somebody reviewed it inside out! The points system, the written explanation is a great idea and gives insight to someone who is looking to spend his/her hard owned $ on a luxury timepiece. The best thing i loved about your video is that your way of communication is more soothing and is more on connecting with the audience personally instead of just talking purely about watches. And to answer your question, to me all 5 points must tick before i get my money on any watch. What i would like to see - get on with the entry and mid level watch brands as well. for e.g. a seiko prospex, hamiltons, stowa, laco, damasko.... apart from swiss, german watch making has its own history specifically with WWI&II. Many of english collectors are not aware of it. i wish to get some light on the same.... keep up the good work.. cheers!
I noticed your first Instagram post was of a Casio F-91w. I'd love to see you do a video about a budget watch icon, like that watch or something similar.
Watch and things that’s would be very intriguing. I like Damasko and Junghans, I also own a Rolex and an Omega. Very different all around but the design may be seen different based on nationality curiously.
I have seen and read a ton about the Tudor BB58 but your review is the best by far! I would love to see your next review about the new Zenith Defy Midnight. Congrats and keep going with your new channel.
Men who lack the confidence? It has nothing to do with confidence. It's all about aesthetics. It just looks awful. You assume that men wearing small watches would think it's feminine and therefore attack their masculinity. That's where you are wrong. It has nothing to do with that. If you have smaller wrists you can wear smaller watches you got bigger wrists you can wear bigger watches. It's all about the proportions. Stop being toxic dude!
With the lack of date feature, what you could do is just turn the bezzle to whatever day it is before you leave the house, like if its the 15th, turn it to 15th mark on the dive bezzle and while that may get abit tricky when its past that, it would be a solution nontheless, although it DOES need the option to be a perfect watch, along with some color variations, and maybe for them to go back to the original style of crown they had on the original models, as I've never liked the gap the modern crown has between the crown and the watch itself, although the reduced size of the watch does seem to help here. also have they made any reduced (IE omega nomenclature for a smaller version of a watch) models of the tudor fastrider black shield series yet? as this is my first time in checking in on tudor and what they've been up to for awhile and that ceramic with bronze, almost porsche design esque, version of that watch was beautiful but kinda bulky it seemed.
I listened to the hype, thought I must have a 58, I tried them on several times and they just didn't look good on my 19.5cm wrist, it was far too small, dainty. I finally gave in trying to convince myself it looked good on me, tried on a 41mm and immediately it was bang there you have it, it looks fantastic. The moral of the story is don't listen to the hype and choose the watch you love that is right for you. Love and peace.
@@dsdf_fdp1858 you use statistics to select a watch, how quaint, good luck with that. I can only imagine the flow chart and venn diagram involved when you buy your socks and pants. You would find if you put down your slide rule that a watch fitting a wrist isn't down to maths. Fun fact, Compare the 5 omega Seamasters next to each other, the white appears to be much smaller than it's stable mates. Love, peace and Happy Horology.
@@dsdf_fdp1858 I'm pretty sure you haven't read my mail as your reply doesn't correspond to my original and I must admit friendly comment about watches. Just a strange thing, and totally off ish topic, not sure if you have come across it yourself, I've got various jackets in my wardrobe and the sizes of them have a huge difference in sizes from Xl to medium.
You can get the quick adjustment in the pelagos. This is not a serious diving watch and the reference it is based on had no quick adjust bracelet either. It has micro adjustments to compensate for the very slight increase in wrist size when hot vs cold which is adequate. Not even worth mentioning IMO for the review. I do appreciate your videos and contributions to RUclips. I also appreciate that a woman is this passionate about watches and greatly enjoy your fresh perspectives.
I recently purchased a Rolex Air King & Tudor GMT. I have been thinking about a Black Bay 58 as I wait to try and find a Rolex Sub or Explorer 2. I am also looking to purchase a Date Just. But seems the availability is a bit scarce here in the US!
On the topic of faux rivets, a watch is a piece of jewellery. If it matches the style and theme, I'm all for it looking good. On the black gilt, the whole design is just so good on my eyes, the reason why I made it my first luxury watch.
Very professional and in-depth knowledge of watches which other watch channels do not possess to me you come across as a jeweler who has a great insight as what a perspective customer might want. Love the watch roll very classey! Keep up the good work.
I have a BB 42mm, at first it did seem a little chunky in the width, but to be honest after a couple of months of wearing it I don’t notice it’s chunkyness, in fact I love it because of its proportions, I am quite slim in build but I do have a 7 1/2” wrist tho. Keep up the good work .
I always thought I wanted a time only watch until i got the explorer, I loved it but I find myself looking for the date on my wrist about 2-5 times a day. So I'd agree that if black bay 58 had a date variant, it'd be a great option. Its a preference thing. I love my datejust though.
Agree completely. I don’t think lack of a date ever ruins a watch for me, but I feel uncomfortable when I look for it and it isn’t there😂. Have given serious thought to a black bay pro
I'm going with the 58 fabric strap, because I like fabric, but will probably swap it out for a NATO. I love the enthusiasm you show in your videos, very infectious. Happy New Year.
The black bay 58 has a waiting list here in the UK . I actually orderd one yesterday 9 to 12 month wait ! No discounts £2,760 ( bad timing on me they had a price increase at the start of January ) plus i had to leave 20% refundable deposit . I did try the pelagos a lovely watch and available now but on my smallish wrist a little to overpowering. Regards
I love the no-date general on every model I consider buying. I have a number of watches and it's just easier to put it on, set the tone and go. Great video, great content made even better by your charming personality. Well done lass.
Last part although true is not really reasonable tho, i would have liked to buy a bmw m3 but as that simply isn’t in my pricerange (yet) i went for a model 330 m series way cheaper but still somewhat what I wanted.
I want to love this watch. Just 3 minor things holding me back. 1-Which the video mentions, I prefer steel bracelets over leather but not a fan of the rivets. 2- I wish the snow flake on the hour hand was a tad smaller. 3- The crown, I wish it was more flush with the case, it always looks to me like it hasn’t been screwed in all the way. So instead of loving this watch, I just really really really like it a lot.
Jenni, as your videos are reaching the USA, we have a measurement system that uses both metric and I guess we would call regular measurements. Using metric for the measurements of the watch is fine but when you call out the wrist measurements it should be in inches, we never use millimeters. You are very well versed on watches, and you are enjoyable to listen to. Keep up the great work.
I recently found your channel and was watching one of your videos with my daughter. She asked why you kept doing the "German three" with your hand. I told her that you must be from Germany. Glad to know that I was right and you didn't turn out to be from Canada or something. Lol! I'd like to see you review some vintage pieces. Keep up the great work! You're making my daughter realize that collecting watches isn't just a nerdy hobby for dudes! ✌️
I was set on getting one (grad gift) but the store I was about to get it from said that some poeple find it too small so I should see it in person before buying. After trying it on, it was great how light and slim it felt with the bracelet but me being 6 foot 2, the regular black bay looked better on me. Also the 58 looked pretty small on a nato strap imo

I’m holding out on getting the 58. I’ve nearly pulled the trigger on countless occasions but I always hesitate. To me it’s not quite there, it’s close. The fact they’ve made this smaller movement gives me hope that they’ll release more iterations of the 58 such as a GMT or other models entirely. Tudor need to massively revamp all their dressy lines. When compared alongside the sub it’s clear to me that the faded black dial of the 58 is not to my preference.
Which of the 5 points do you consider the most important? I think the case size would be my biggest deal breaker 🙌🏻
Jenni Elle lack of date.
Jenni Elle for me personally the case size is too small for me, nothing smaller than a 41.
Love your channel where do I put my address just in case I win
"Not a crown" for me :( I think it's a really cool watch but I have a no-date Sub and I feel no urge to get one.
A lot!

I would love this in German with Eng subtitles ;-)
Sinn for the win.
Also LACO and HANHART
The Sinn 356 Flieger II really needs some RUclips love.
I hate date! Not having for me is a win! It keeps everything symmetrical
I’m the same although quite like having it centred at/around 6
Hate a 4 o’clock date though... it would be like permanently having the bezel off by 1-2 clicks 😂
I would love if you did a review on Favre-Leuba watches which the the second oldest watch company(1737),
the first one being Blancpain (1735).On the whole a good video. Keep going.
I sort of agree I do like the simplicity of no date
@@kswaminathan5439 Because she is not technically minded. She missed the most important aspect.
Thanks Jenni, you are a breath of fresh air in the midst of this multitude of watch channels. Great review please carry on this way
Already one of the best watch channels out! I’d love to see you review the speedmaster professional. Maybe a hesalite vs sapphire comparison?
I wish the Black Bay GMT had these dimensions.
Atif Chaudhry I wish the Pelagos had these dimensions.
@@arghjayem That would be amazing!
Totally agree
100% this. I would be running out to buy a BB-58-GMT in a heartbeat.
Yeah, I have the BB-GMT and I'm thinking on flipping it because of the sickness,
I have a 7.5 inch wrist and this watch fits perfectly, the narrower width slides under a shirt nicely. This is my favourite watch in my collection and I don’t miss the date window at all. Thank you for your video.
The 58 is the most beautiful watch in the market today. Perfect in every way.
There is something about listening to a woman give watch reviews, especially one with an accent.
I enjoy the quality of your videos and I would love to see the Grand Seiko GMT SBGM221.
I would love to get a true sense of that off white dial color.
As someone whos just getting into the hobby. id like to see you do,
giving recommendations for different style watches at different price points. kind of like your "3 watches below 5000" video.
"german watches under 1000$" or maybe "swiss watches under 1000$" "Best field watch under $500" etc.
"first time watch buying mistakes" Similar to your buying a watch for someone else with a focus of mistakes you might make buying your own first watch.
"good first watches to buy / finding your style"
"what your watch says about you" Personality wise
"what is a field watch, chronograph, diver etc. "
"in house vs 3rd party mechanical movements" what's better? what's more sought after? what holds value? what's more reliable?
"History of different major / reliable brands" .. what are reputable brands? hearing the same names and growing an understanding but there's so many. hard to tell when you first hear something new
really enjoy your videos, thanks again.
Horology House is gone but now we have Elle.

Plot twist: Elle IS Horology House.
Well, then let's hope that she doesn't get caught selling fake Rolexs....again lol
Well he’s back...🤪🍺
Most things mentioned in this video are actually a "+" for me, particularly the "no date" bit.
Just checked my 58 over 24 hours to see how it kept time and it was +/- 0
I'm not that bothered about an automatic losing a couple of seconds per day anyway, but there it is.
I’d like to see a Tudor pelagos, north flag or a grand seiko SBGJ211.

Very nice review. Next review I would love to see AnOrdain model 1 and also the Tudor Pelagos (with a comparison to the Tudor BB 58)
I just bought this BB two days ago. Love it so much!I have 6.25' wrist size. I like vintage style, and compare with Rado Captain Cook limited edition, finally, I made decision to have BB. This is my gift from my wife and would me my 19 th Anniversary gift. And yet this is my first Luxury watch!
I tried BB at a dealer with leather version, but I liked steel band than leather. No shop got real product to try on but 41mm. Luckly, I waited one and half months to have it. I watched lots of different RUclips to preview and comment for my reference. Until the day I received the watch and also saw your Preview on BB, I won't regret on my choice. I have the 58 with the red bezel. While I don't dive, I do salt water fly fish. I love the weight on my off hand. Thus far have not had concerns with the bezel construction and it has numerous hours at work wading in salt water. Your commentary on the quick adjust is on point. My hands are in and out of water, the change in fit can be noticeable at times.
the deal breaker for me is that aluminium bezel and for an everyday watch a date window would be nice
I don't think it's needed. The Submariner doesn't have a date window.
I would like to see some content on budget friendly homage alternatives.
What I would like to see next? Simple, I’d like to see more videos like this; a critical take on a watch. I don’t watch YT for a sales pitch, I watch it for actual reviews. Best of luck in this, you’re doing very well.

Did you get it ?
Honestly I would love to see more ladies watches. I’m a bit board with the same videos covering the same watches over and over again. I think ladies watches would be a nice change of pace and would be a great help for me as I’m trying to get my wife into this hobby.
Tony Anguiano thats where the demographic is at. Though i agree a change in watches would be nice, something a little more obscure. Just one more watch does this nicely.

Jenni, I would like to see a presentation on the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra.
topgun I’ll second that - I’m thinking it might be the OMEGA for me. Great video.
the Black bay 58 is a good size for the majority of people.
I would like to see a video with the most beautiful dial ever: the Grand Seiko SBGH269
We caught on to the three-finger count because of Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds, of course! And I'd love to see some Nomos on this channel--especially some of their sports line from last Basel. Cheers!
Agreed, a review of the Nomos Tangente Neomatik Sport watches from last year would be great.
I thought of the movie as well. Too funny.
Same here. Aluminum bezel inserts don’t age well and it’s a big turnoff for me.
I’d love to see some reviews of Grand Seiko. I think their spring drive technology is an incredible feat of watchmaking and I’d love to own a chronograph with it to really experience that perfect smooth sweep seconds hand.
I am on a waiting list for the black 58
Would like to see a Jaeger LeCoultre reverso or a Cartier Tank! Rectangular watches need more love🙌
I'd like to see a review on women-specific watches.
Your channel blew up. Good job Jenni!
It's refreshing to see some "gender diversity" in the RUclips watch community. Really enjoyed this video, and look forward to seeing more. I'd be interested in your take on NOMOS.

I would like to see a list of your favorite German watches!
When I was younger I loved diving and did it for about fifteen years and I could care less if my dive watch has a date complication and would prefer that it did not have one. The last thing that would go through my mind when I was diving is gee I wonder what the date is today?
Nobody does Ulysse Nardin. Would be interesting to see one of their watches reviewed
there are a few channels that do. Like Watchfinder. Iv actually started to look at those watches awhole lot differently now and with better appreciation
I'd like to see some love for the Pelagos as it solves all of the 5 things that's lacking with the BB58
much too chunky n bulky. looks terrible in my opinion.
@@pauls_guitartrip on a wimpy wrist, yes
God I’m so glad there’s no date window. There’s nothing I hate more
Finally someone thinks just like me
I hate the date window too!
because its also unnecessary. I don't need a watch to know which date we have.
Its just another complication, cant go wrong with that
Review of the Omega Aqua Terra or Tudor Pelagos. :D
Great review :)

Men’s watches that women could also wear! A collection of watches that you believe could be unisex
Brandon Soo most watches are unisex imo. It's just if a woman like a bigger watch, I see more women with bigger face watches these days.
38 hour power reserve on the Polaris. LOL
@@powerplay.556 Who gives a shit about that. It's enough to keep wound when you're wearing it, and it's time only, or date and time, so it's not hard to set when it stops
JLC imho just isn‘t the right choice if you want sporty/diver watches.
I prefer the Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial 👌🏻
There's just something so much more aesthetic about the old rose logo and 'smile' of the eta version IMO
Great review! Would love to see your thoughts on Breitling, a brand who seems to have slipped behind Omega and Rolex.
Would love to see your suggestion or suggestions for a "do everything" sub $3000 watch.
Good luck with the channel!

I fully agree with you regarding the date. When wearing the only watch in my collection that doesn't have a date complication, I always miss it.
wait till you have a couple more watches, then you will hate to have it.But if you're gonna stick with 1 watch only, I hear ya.
Whenever I see a video that doesn't use imperial units, I click like.
A German take on German watches vs Swiss watches would be cool.
Another Tudor-bashing video.
For the price point, the BB58 is unmatched, with the Rolex name behind it.
Almost no such thing as a watch that is too small. Only men who lack the confidence to own the look.
fyhfb ass i think there can be a watch too small. For me around 34 mill is where i draw the line. Though anything over 40 is a bit iffy for me.
Everyone says 36mm is 'too small for my wrist' until it's a Rolex.
With the lack of date feature, what you could do is just turn the bezzle to whatever day it is before you leave the house, like if its the 15th, turn it to 15th mark on the dive bezzle and while that may get abit tricky when its past that, it would be a solution nontheless, although it DOES need the option to be a perfect watch, along with some color variations, and maybe for them to go back to the original style of crown they had on the original models, as I've never liked the gap the modern crown has between the crown and the watch itself, although the reduced size of the watch does seem to help here.
also have they made any reduced (IE omega nomenclature for a smaller version of a watch) models of the tudor fastrider black shield series yet? as this is my first time in checking in on tudor and what they've been up to for awhile
and that ceramic with bronze, almost porsche design esque, version of that watch was beautiful but kinda bulky it seemed.
I did not know the rivets are just for the looks, so lame
Now i will consider buying the version which comes on the leather strap.
@@dsdf_fdp1858 yep just re read my original, it's content and message is clear.
This is my favourite watch review channel! Thanks for the high quality video!

I love the no-date general on every model I consider buying. I have a number of watches and it's just easier to put it on, set the tone and go. Great video, great content made even better by your charming personality. Well done lass.
please do a video about your favorite automatics under $500
I bought my wife a BB58 for Christmas. I have no idea if she'll like it or not but your video helped me. Thanks!
Literally just bought this yesterday. It’s the perfect watch. Can’t wait for the next 58 to come out - my moneys on a GMT 58...
Bold One thanks for the heads up, I’ll make sure to include both next time 🙌🏻
I recently found your channel and was watching one of your videos with my daughter.
@@Hans-Georg_Buddne Where do you live? My dad new I loved tudors and found a shop in Portland that also carried Rolex (so he could hopefully get on a list), their website showed that they had a 2 58s in stock. He was going to buy the watch over the phone but they said that they could hold it for us so I could try it on! Small shop with some great people, plus Oregon has no sales tax to it was worth the drive!
@@themonkeydoo3 I live in Germany. The situation got a bit better recently, i even saw a bb58 at a local jeweler some days ago. But these watches are still sold for 600 - 1000€ over the recommended retail price on the secondary market. Maybe the hype will go down a little bit so the ADs have more tudors in stock soon.
