    Hello I purchased the asus vivobook s15 core i5 variant and its in windows 10 and I'm looking to update it. Hope I wont have to manually update that bios utility mode because that would just be really frustrating.

      Have you try to reset your PC?
      You can try to press and hold the power button for 40 seconds, re-connect the AC adapter and battery and power on the computer.

    I bought a new Laptop 3 days ago (Asus Vivobook 16X) and done with the updates from setting and even restarted... but now it's automatically restarting 3 times till now (one each day)... And today it went to sleep where I cannot on by simply pressing the power button or other keys... I turn on by pressing power for about 30s... Should I replace my laptop?... please help Asus🙏

    Hi! I have bought a Vivobook 16x and upon installing Win10/11 it doesn't see the network adapter, in BIOS everything is ok, in windows no network, no touchpad... frustrating. I have installed all the drivers from asus site, nothing changed. Too bad, I really like ASUS products.

    I bought a zephyrus g15, and it heats up fast! It's on idle, sometimes playing light games like roblox and stuff and writing on word. And i only have this laptop for 2 days so its new

      @@asus_support The power light is on, the laptop is brand new and i've only just received it from ordering last week. The product model is FX506H and current OS is Windows 11. I have tried some of the troubleshooting steps that I currently am able to do such as using FN + F6 or F8 to no avail.

      @@krislenny1952 I've just unboxed my new asus too. The screen won't turn on, the power button is not on/lit up (although there is a white and red light showing on the right side of the laptop near the power button). I get speech feedback when I touch the keyboard, assuming this is the accessibility mode?? No idea how to turn the screen on, super frustrating!

    Why is it already in this mode
    How can I setup this laptop? No display. Its really hard to boot this without booting system. Its always says" Save and Reset" But nothing change. Help me. Where is the Software of this laptop? This is Asus vivobook rizen 5 7520U

      Hi, based on your issue, it is suggest that you press and hold the power button until the laptop shuts down completely. Then, turn it back on and see if the issue persists. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches.
      If the blank screen persists, you can try booting the laptop into Safe Mode. To do this, turn off the laptop and then turn it on while repeatedly pressing the F8 or Shift+F8 key. This will bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, select "Safe Mode" and see if the laptop boots into Safe Mode successfully. If it does, you can troubleshoot further from there.

      @@asus_support is was frozen during the very beginning of purchasing it , I had to hold down the power button for like 30 seconds . I lack knowledge with computers, but my uncle helped me lol

    Здравствуйте. Купил в магазине ноутбук ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 GU603ZV-N3009, он продавался уже без видновс. В магазине купил официальную виндовс 11 с флешкой в коробке. После выключение ноута с флешкой ноут не видит виндовс в boot priority. Уже и флешку в другой порт переставлял и в настройках биос смотрел, ничего не помогает. Может быть вы с таким сталкивались ?

    Hello I am an Asus laptop user and now using Asus expertbook
    At first my asus laptop have the Asus Expertbook wallpaper and using very smoothly but I got a virus so I make a clean install for my asus laptop from usb ( my usb window downloader is from the microsoft free down window )
    Yes everything fine and my laptop is in active licence but why the Asus wallpaper disapear and some of the asus program lost
    Can you help me

    Je ne recommande jamais d acheter un asus portable car j’ai fait la douloureuse surprise d acheter un ordinateur abus et après plusieurs envois sos garantie pour changer l os qui était obsolète et j’ai consulté plusieurs sites qui m’on affirmé que c était un ordinateur portable qui était obsolète

    in setting up for the first time the asus L410MA cannot pass through the services, after you see the office 365 screen and click continue it does nothing only see blue screen and the word services on top , it came with Windows 10 S mode S/N m8n0cx20z86146b
