In 2023 - after 150,000 kilometers I can only say - probably the best car ever produced. Once needed new tires, battery change, once a new bulb for the lighting, that was it. Absolute master class!
Can i just say that this car is bloody brilliant, my mother recently purchased a 1.2 SE and i drove it for a week around the UK for a road trip, and it was just such a pleasant ride. It's modern, it's quiet, it's nippy, it's precise. The only thing i didn't like about it was how sensitive the brakes felt, just a dab will jerk you forward. Anyone looking to purchase a new car should seriously consider this.
I hired a car for two days to look for a car to buy. I hired a Hyundai i10... was going too buy a focus 09. The time I finished my search and been driving this Hyundai for two days I ended up buying one...superb little car. The best I have driven by far
@@reece005 @dataSaMm It serves more than well. It's the greateat value for money car. And it is reliable. I have a 2009 one, petrol, 1100cc, 4 cylinders. And at the time it costed 9500€ new. Wich was a true bargain. I've seen no problems anywhere. But of course all its service checks were/are on time. After all those years, I'd still buy the same car. And I'm not even a Hyundai fan but that car hasn't ever let me down and I drive about 35kms a day 5 days a week. I don't know and I can't say anything about diesel ones or 3cylinder ones. Hope I helped and be careful in used ones cause no matter what car it is, you don't know what's done to it from the previous owner
I took this little car for a test drive today , I own a audia4 avant 130bhp and I found this car very nice and enjoyable to drive, my first car I ever owned was a 1 litre, (Austin metro) how cars have changed ! I think this review is very accurate.
I own one and I'll tell you that of all the super mini's around this is the best so far that I have driven. I have tried driving a Honda Brio, Mazda 2 Hatch, Suzuki Swift, Kia Picanto, Ford Fiesta (better to drive but the back seats are horrendous to sit in) and Toyota Wigo and the interior quality and the drive of this one really came up on top. If you are extremely picky and wanted a very good small family car for your growing family, pick this one, you won't be disappointed. I never had any problems with this whatsoever. A little tire roll is the worst that it's ever exhibited. It is quite the looker as well - the black (looks like a Veloster) and maroon colored ones. :-)
Bought my i10 2014, still going strong, in all them years only had issue with exhaust once, other than normal wear and tear (tyres, wipers) the best car ever
Great motor. Unbeatable quality and performance for the money. Puts the rip off manufacturers to shame. Well done Hyundai and a honest review carbuyer. I have a i20 at the present and think I will switch to the i10 wqhen the piggy bank is full.
i really love this review (lol @ the grin)...one of the best reviews ive seen lately covers everything thats important, going to check out his other reviews.
Looking on the Hyundai site and a new car comes with a 5 year warranty and unlimited mileage which is really good they must have trust in their cars other brands come with 3 years 60,000 miles give me 5 years warranty
Fantastic video as always Mat, I am buying this car but don't know which engine version to choose. From what I have heard, the 1.2 is a bit noisier than the 1.0.
I test drove this and loved it. Only problem was the brakes are very grabby so it could take some getting used to. Apart from that though its pretty decent.
***** really, my ford fiesta 1.6 litre diesel will do 4.5 litres per 100km in the city with AC on. suprisingly it'll do the same mpg at highway speeds above 90km/h. any constant speed at 90 km/hr it'll do 3.5 litres per 100km, even with a.c on
Yeah it looks good and stuff, but I can't stop thinking that this is more of a paid publicity video than a proper review... anyways it's carbuyer so overall it was great to watch!
I have drive in city the first generation of hyundai i10.I was impressed. Plastics was hard but not cheap. The quality of building was very good. Also I was impressed with all the car.The quality of ride and the comfort from the suspension was very good, especially if you think that i10 is a small city car. Also I had the feeling that I drive a solid car.Better, better from my 206 in quality,in comfort,in ride quality
I bought a Kia Picanto few months ago and it has almost ALL features this car has (plus more) and looks way better. If anything, it seems the i10 is trying to become more like the Picanto. (see its review link at the end) I don't see how the new i10 is better.
He did a review of the older i10, 1.0 ltre model where he says the 1.0 litre was useless on a motorway and recomended the 1.2. Yet here with the new model he says the opposite... 1.0 litre is good enough for the motorway, So which is it? I don't think they remodelled the engines; or did they? Why would he change views if indeed they didn't?
im not sure if Carbuyer does list when they first produced this car and when did they stop making this model i mean is say for example they made this newer shape in 2013 and they made it untill 2015. this would be usefull if your looking through internet to see prices for what year the car you want.
Hi i have this car, are those 2 lights on the front meant to be on constantly, i thought they were the fog lights but they only seem to turn off when you have low beam on ? Any help would be great
Please give me advise if I should buy the Chevy Spark or Hyundai i10? I'm kind of like the look of the new i10 but don't really know much about Hyundai. Thank you guys.
Good. With the new i10 the benchmark for this class of cars has been raised yet again. The PSA/Toyota triplets are really getting old now; hopefully they'll get their new models out soon.
I don´t know if the cars are different in the UK Vs Denmark, but i´ve had a drive in the i10 with the 1.0 engine and i don´t agree on a few points.
