RyleePlayz There’s so much hype over having a biological child. To me, it just seems kinda selfish to make a new human instead of giving an already existing one a home.
So many people don't know that adoption is fucking hard. It's not like an animal shelter where you go and just pick a kid and go home. There's an absolute shit ton of paperwork, and it's extremely expensive. Sometimes, it's even more expensive and time-consuming than just getting a biological kid.
I definitely respect their choice of didn’t try any other IVF, but I don’t get why adoption wasn’t even considered as an option. With this I don’t want to say that adopting a child in those days is so easy, but at least, it could be a more healthy choice for the woman’s body, and it will bring happiness in the life of a children orphan.
Sophia Claire I don’t think that IVF isn’t expensive at all but in the first place whatvis definitely expensive too is rising a child, and that is considered a choice.
adoption is a YEARS long process. And the end result is you may be denied. Look up the US adoption, it sucks, People more often go over seas due to the adoption is quicker/easier.

Everybody saying it’s so expensive to adopt, 300,000 and such, not true through the foster system. My mom adopted 6. And it’s no more expensive if you can afford IVF. And yes you would feel like it’s your child. I child is yours whether they came out of your stomach, another’s stomach, or a Petri dish. Love is what makes them yours. ❤️
adopting a kid is probably cheaper than IVF, that shit costs a FORTUNE in the US at least. It's not too bad if your insurance covers part of the cost but otherwise it's too expensive for your average Joe (or Jane). Adoption meanwhile isnt that expensive, some adoption agencies can have steep fees but there are cheaper alternatives like the foster system, religious organizations or similar childrens charities, or private adoptions
My mom was pregnant with twins for her firstborns. I think she wanted ME to die instead of my twin sister, who had died of a heart failure when we were born.
stargirl I feel like most people would be willing to fill out hundreds of documents, wait and undergo a background check if it means saving a child and giving them the life that they deserve.
stargirl not to mention that many people want younger kids/babies not grown teenagers that have repeatedly cycled through the system. Then there are the emotional/mental issues many of them face from abuse and neglect. And let’s be honest if you have a family and want to add one more you are not wanting to add someone you gave to be concerned could turn against your existing kids. Adoption is a nice idea but it’s annoying when people throw it out there as if it’s an easy 123 solution.
You don’t need children to be happy, of course children are important and mothers are hero’s, but not every woman is able to carry children and not every man can make a baby. Also a lot of homosexuals are unable to have kids, because adoption is not allowed everywhere around the world (even marriage is forbidden for most of them!). Some people simply don’t want children. And there are still happy people everywhere!
Emma Frost Um... But every person is birthed from a mother. Sure, not as heroic as a veteran, but sadly in our society a lot of women ditch their babies. Even if it's already a social norm, it's okay to praise the mothers who care about raising the next generation. You're also not taking into account that the mother has to deal with nearly a year of risking her own life in an attempt to give new life. "Spreading your legs" is a statement that horribly objectifies what women have to do to become pregnant. We don't say a veteran "causes massacres through gunpower for patriotism" because that's a grossly overzealous idealization of what they're actually doing. Looks like someone hasn't had the most pleasant experiences with their mother.
Women are heros. They are able to carry a human being inside of them for 9 months and then give birth through their vagina. That is truly amazing in my opinion.
Yes but adoption is very expensive as is ivf. There is also a long waiting list and criteria u must meet in order to be considered. They do very extensive backgrounds. Even tho you are a good candidate most adoption agency require two parents. So most single people who arent married but would like to adopted wont even qualify.
@@natalievalenzuela7493 I know it is expensive but isn't it worth experiencing how it is like to have a child? In a few years that person will feel like this is their real child. I don't mean faking as if they're the parents, the kid knows he's/she's adopted but... That kid will feel like the parents that adopted him/her will be his/her real parents
I never really knew I wanted to be a Mom. I loved my freedom. I didn’t necessarily connect very strongly with babies and children the way that some people naturally do. But then I became a mother and everything changed. My son has been the highlight of my entire life and now 11 years later, I’m pregnant with a daughter. I’m so excited to meet her. But...I was happy before children too. Many women want babies, but many are very happy not being parents as well.
Bad title, you don’t need children to be happy, anybody could be happy without kids! Happiness isn’t something that comes JUST from having a kid. Just putting that out there because I feel like some people will think too in depth on this
This was a nice story but if you adopt a child it's a great thing to I an the oldest of 6 and two of my little sisters and my little brother are adopted and me and my family would not chang it for anything but I'm so happy for you and agree that you don't need children to be happy but if you ever decide you do what children this is a great way to go:)
If you really want a child you should adopt one! Itll show the kid that somebody wants them even if their previous parents left them and you would help an orphanage make more space to help other children.
Adoption costs a LOT of money. There is a probationary term of 3 years if you do manage to get a child. Children have been pulled from homes due to the home not being ‘Christian enough’, or after someone loses a job, or any number of stupid things. I have actually seen this happen to some friends of mine. After 3 years of being a child’s parents and 15k in renewing contracts and paperwork, their little girl was ripped from them because one of them was laid off. They got to feel utter despair and heart break as their 5 year old was dragged off, screaming in horror. They spent more money on an appeal, but were rejected because on top of one person being laid off, they lived in an apartment. It wasn’t deemed ‘stable’. So the state ripped her away from her parents like monsters, and shoved her in an unstable system where she was sent from place to place. These places were neglectful, abusive and terrifying. No one wanted to attempt to adopt her, because of how she was taken away before, and of her age and ‘damage’. She finally got into contact with my friends again via social media, and told them of her living nightmare. She is 14 now, and they can do nothing. This happens more often than you think. Mayhap you judgement morons should actually do some research into adoption.
@@dieCG that's heartbreaking!! I'm sorry I didnt know that happens!! I'm still young! I'm happy that they can talk to her though, I pray that something good happens for them. 🙏
IVF is the reason I’m alive right now. My mother couldn’t give birth normally, and she went through so many procedures because she had so many conditions... just to bring me to life. Some women can get kind of obsessed with having a kid. A friend of mine who was in his late 50's got married to a 28yo woman and after a few years she decided she wanted kids and it became an obsession, even though my friend was at this point had recently turned 60. They both agreed they werent going to have kids but she still refuses to take birth control, even to help her severe periods, and she still "loses" his condoms. She started working as a high end au pair and seems happier now that she has some kids to take care of. When some women get to their late 20's or early 30's they go into what my mom calls the "nesting stage" and start feeling really maternal and start pursuing serious relationships, and look into having kids. With some women their maternal instincts go into overdrive and the can get kinda crazy.

Well, having a child of your own is pretty amazing, if not one of the best feeling. But, a baby cannot speak obviously so, when the baby that you love so dearly is in pain and you cant really help cuz u dont know what hurts. Docs sometimes risk the situation too. That feeling that your baby might die one of the worst feeling if not the worst. So i wanna say this, if you plan on having a child, good for you, you will love it very much im sure and when your child learns to walk you may shwd some joyful tears i know i did. But be prepared to worry your brains off when they get sick or something else. My life is so much better after having a child of my own with the woman i love. Although what i said here is a bit obvious future for someone. Im actually trying to scream my happiness and sorrow at the same time. Note - I know i dont make sense from the 1st paragraph. But im just happy. Simple man, loving his family.

I feel like most people would be willing to fill out hundreds of documents, wait and undergo a background check if it means saving a child and giving them the life that they deserve.
IVF is also very expensive and it can be dangerous for both the mom and the baby, but not always. It could have been an option.
stargirl not to mention that many people want younger kids/babies not grown teenagers that have repeatedly cycled through the system.
The title is sarcastic
Geehee7792 Moms aren't heroes. Veterans who go to wars are. Spreading your legs is anything but brave.
A butterfly And yeah alot of moms ditch their children to be lazy slobs or have careers. I loathe mothers who ask others to babysit for free.
Women are heros.

Mizo GamerML Don’t you know mothers understand their babies? It’s hard to understand but, the baby has a special kinda cry and that makes the mother understand what the baby wants easier
@@fluffchilla1317 but mother wont know the real reason. The exact spot. I have a child, and my wife kinda guest it correct sometimes but not everytime.
Mizo GamerML oh
......adoption is a good idea gurl😑
And definitely less painful😅
And you can adopt a child from many ages 😁
And looks at their amazing personality to see which one fits you😊
But the toys would still be as pricey😒
But who cares its your choice to be a mother and you need to learn how to handle being a mom (you will be an amazing mom) 😄
Of course you don't need to adopt
But the thing is it you want a child so desperately then you should adopt
Not trying to be rude with the last thing too 😅
*whispers*
Adopppppttt you close-minded woman
Stop whispering we can't hear you
Martín Mejía how is wanting your OWN child begin closed minded? If anyone is a close minded person that is you.
@@jessica-pp5jy she wanted to raise the population instead of raising a neglected child that needs love.
