I use a local beef supplier too in Bunnell, Fl...Most people have no idea between the quality and taste of local grown vs. their local grocery store. Night and day and prices are comparable.
I made these, but being from New Mexico, I put roasted green chiles under the cheese. Fun fact: In New Mexico, you can order Big Macs at McDonalds with green chile added.
We do… just salt and pepper. We do it on the top side of the meatballs, so we add extra because we only season that side. Sauce: About 1-2 tablespoons of mayo, and then cover it with ketchup. Chop up dill pickles, or here, we used dill relish. Add more of any of the ingredients until you like the taste! Sooo good! Much love fam! Griddle on!!!😁❤️🤙
