Those look great. Are they in your recent cook book(s)? Im getting really bummed about things are sticking to your U.G. I have the same one and I’m loosing confidence that it was the right choice over the others. Maybe the coating is only so it doesn’t rust? Not a true non-stick like we all thought? Hey fam! Actually, we’ve had good luck in the sticking - the purpose with the smashburgers is to actually have them get stuck to sear, but the downside on ceramic, is finding a good thin, strong tool (outside of metal) that can get the meat pulled up. We’re still trying it all out! We’ve really learned that outside of smashburgers, low heat for all cooks is best!
Oh Brett, you just layith the bestith smashith down, your patties are always so perfect. I have done this a couple times, and love it! One time I cooked the bacon to extra crispy and it worked pretty well to get the crunch. Anyway, looked yum! I wish I could find those pickles here, I really want to try them. I love Duke's Mayo too, but it's hard to get here as well. Oh well. Hope you both have an amazing week. Looking forward to Spring, I am tried of the cold and rain! May is going to be epic! The release of Tears of the Kingdom on Nintendo Switch, then your new cookbook, it'll be like Christmas in the Spring! I am geeked about the Mario movie coming out next week too.
