Comparisons to others and relationship with self are such important factors in creating or diminishing success. thank you for explaining and sharing.
The more i engage in my spiritual practices and do my shadow work integration the more I develop a positive loving relationship with myself and then the more others treat me with love and positivity and thereby more successful I become. The subconscious that works on programs and survival will resist and most give up but we must learn to master the mind, master the self and then success becomes virtually guaranteed.

“Seasons of inbalance”
On the other side of being frustrated with yourself, sometimes you have to just shut it down and do nothing.
I’ve been on a tare pushing for 3 weeks straight, this morning I woke up, mentally incapacitated, exhausted. This time I recognized it and told myself “Ok, it’s time for a short break” I put on a pot of coffee and am sitting on my porch, smash the routine, no exercise, no studying, no pushing to reach the next level, for today, and maybe tomorrow.
The point is these “Seasons of inbalance” can hit you at anytime, without warning. You can’t control them, you can’t predict them, you can only endure them. You said in another video “The pandemic was somewhat of a blessing” in that it made us stop and reassess our lives.
I’ll bet everyone here has this experience:
“You’re best ideas come when you’re not thinking about them”

The subconscious mind is a mousetrap.
Here’s something that I’m still trying to beat into my own head, when you’re feeling beat down and discouraged, go to the bar, have a few drinks and hit up the karaoke machine. If you don’t drink go jump in the ocean (preferably not during shark season). Once you remove that rut block the ideas will come flooding in.
I’ll keep repeating this one, the guy from the band the goo goo dolls said about writers block:
“The thing with writers block is your actually writing the whole time, you just think everything you’re writing sucks”
