Thank you very much! Sometimes I look at these videos myself and get impressed as well at the amount of time and hours that passed between one part and the other!
You know what, I don't think I've ever seen someone describe in detail how they use an outsife mould. Very interesting! Why did you choose it over an inside mould, is it to exactly copy the outline of an existing instrument or... Idk, maybe just because? Also, have you figured out what music you can use in videos? If so, please let me know ;-)
I have some internal and some external ones as I wanted to try them both. This model I have it as an external one. So the answer is...kinda yeah, just because haha. Well, now the music I’m using at the beginning is copyright free and there are some ok stuff! But I’m of course interested in hearing more suggestions.
@@Tostra1997 After hours and hours of research I came across this site called musopen.org And there you need to do even more research because some of the recordings are of course very bad. You hear audience in the background, the usual concert cough in the middle of the most intense parts, etc. But some stuff are really quite good! And once you identify which are the "right performers" then you just take a look at what they did so you know that those recordings are clean. Only disadvantage is that you can download 5 things a day max for free...But that's still great!
@@LucasFabro That sounds great! I will use it for something I'm sure :-D And yeah... I have also had to pull a few mixing tricks to remove clapping, coughing etc... Not always clean in the end :-P But I think I've said it before... Better than having to practice and record 20-30 minutes of useful music yourself in the middle of making the video...
Hi! Thank you for your message! I’m afraid I must say I don’t know any place that sells those. In particular because each mould is based on the design that I want, so it’s not a standard thing.

The assembly of shells according to the internal shape is interesting. Thanks for the video.
Thank you very much! Glad you like it :)
And the next one will be about the blocks and linings!
I’m always impressed to see how much work it takes to make a violin. It’s true craftsmanship.
Thank you very much!

Damn there's so much work and effort put into making this beautiful instrument!
Yep...there is! But as you said, the result is beautiful so it’s worth it!
Thanks for your comment :)

I see... Good answer then :-P
And yeah, copyright free. But where do you get that? It's really not bad, wouldn't mind checking it out myself
