I’d be scared shitless in that hammock. My fear of heights would make me shake and tremble in terror, no way I could climb and chill on rock faces and hammocks that far up.

You know there is an Ataturk statue in Albany, Western Australia. The place where all Australian soldiers left for world war 1. It is in honour of this statement that he made.
We slept with our harnesses on and stayed tied into our climbing ropes. The ropes are secured to the same main anchor that the portaledge is hanging from. Not so comfortable but safe 😉
I am kinda person who couldn't sleep still in the bed and I am thinking everyone else on this planet sleeping like me so I couldn't believe that it is possible somehow :D :D
@@ThaiLuNn 😂 During the night I would wake up now and then to the sound of rocks falling from the opposite mountain. There were also a lot of bats flying around during the night. I won't lie it wasn't the best night's sleep I've had 😉
Haha yes we did 😂 The rangers of the national park tracked us down a few days later at the campsite. I negotiated with them and for a few glasses of wine, a packet of doritos and $10 we got unlimited entry for the remainder of our stay in the park 😉
